The lounge area has a Front bay window giving wider views and comfortable l-shaped front seating. There is a 42 inch television and blu-ray dvd player with a range of dvds, books and games for your entertainment to use whilst in our caravan .With double glazing and central heating the caravan will be warm inside no matter what the weather is like outside. It also has a beautiful contemporary log-effect fire.
In the dining area there is a free-standing dining table with fixed-style seating and two stools.
The fully fitted kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and everything you need for your stay. It is fully equipped with all cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans for 6 people along with a four burner gas hob, glass fronted oven and grill with electric ignition, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric toaster and kettle.
The family shower room has a walk in shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet, radiator and bathroom cabinet.
There is a 2nd toilet with small hand basin and radiator.
The master bedroom had a double bed with lamps on either side, wardrobe with drawers, bedside shelf units, overbed storage, foot stool and vanity area with mirror and sockets. There is also a hairdryer.
The twin bedrooms have two single beds with a lamp between each bed, wardrobe, overbed storage and a vanity area with mirror and sockets.
We have a large side decking area which benefits from sunshine all day long and has a partial sea view . Here you can relax on the rattan furniture and enjoy outdoor dining. This gated veranda is useful as it means you can have the door open without the worry of the dog or little ones escaping.
Outside the caravan there is a private parking bay and a grassed area.
We allow a maximum of 2 small dogs and their well behaved owners to stay in our pet friendly caravan. Please note under no circumstances are pets allowed in any of the bedrooms.
As this is a private caravan Fun Work passes are not included in the price of the holiday but can be easily purchased from Haven’s main reception.
No smoking is allowed inside the caravan, however you may smoke outside the caravan but please use the ashtray provided.
Water, gas and electricity are included in the price.
We provide all duvets, pillows and bed linen. Beds are made up for your arrival so all you need to bring are your towels.
The beach access at Reighton is by a ride on a ‘train tractor’ or a short walk down a steep hill and is a few minutes’ walk from our caravan.
To avoid you having to wait in queues at reception for your key we have a key safe at the caravan which we used to give you the keys. We will give you the pin number, which is changed regularly, just before your holiday is due to start.
PLEASE NOTE; we only start holidays on a Monday for 4/7 nights or Friday for 3/7 nights .
To secure a booking a non-refundable deposit of £100 deposit which comes off your balance must be paid within 48 hours of booking, non-payment after this time will result in your holiday dates been re-advertised. A damaged bond of £100 will be taken along with your final balance payment. This will be refunded to you once the caravan has been checked and found to be in the condition you found it. This can take up to 72 hours.
Payments - I have 3 payment options
1. Payment in full at time of booking
2. £100 deposit at time of booking then the remaining balance paid 6 weeks before your holiday.
3. £100 deposit at time of booking followed by monthly payments with your final payment paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
* Please note if you wish to pay by Paypal they do charge a fee to me of 3.4%, I would need to add this to the price of your holiday.
We want you to enjoy your holiday in our family seaside home but ask you to please remember that this caravan is privately rented and is our pride and joy.

We’ve just come back from an absolutely wonderful stay in Cedarwood 25. The van was spotless, spacious & very modern. Dog friendly too. The owner was always on hand if we needed to ask any questions. It’s in a great location on the Yorkshire coast, with many attractions & restaurants nearby. We will definitely be returning! Highly recommend! 10/10!!!
