Welcome to our Pemberton Marlow Static Holiday Home.
This is rated a platinum with decking which means you will be the envy of the entire park with the highest standard possible, in a make of van which is considered the Rolls Royce of caravans!!!
Sited on a spacious cul-de-sac plot, we enjoy very little through-fare, yet we’re only a short walk from a children’s play area, bingo hall, fast food outlet and Seagulls Clubhouse. Continue to walk a further 5 minutes, you will come to an absolutely beautiful and extremely clean beach which is mainly sandy and an absolute credit to this amazing camp site.
About this holiday home!
This is a luxury holiday home with a difference! The sliding doors at the front lead out on to an enclosed yet spacious veranda with patio set perfect for al-fresco dining or your morning coffee.
Stepping inside through the large front patio doors you are immediately struck by the impressive open plan design. The lounge is almost square and features a fitted carpet and floor to ceiling curtains. Twin, two seater sofas (one of which is a fold-out sofa bed) are set in an ‘L’ formation and there’s a central coffee table. There’s also a huge amount of natural light which floods in through the large floor to ceiling windows and the front and side doors. One wall is fitted with a flame effect electric fire with a small mantle and a whopping 43" satellite free-view TV with built in DVD player. What's more, if you are lucky to have skyQ at home, then make sure you pack the box as we have installed a port to allow you to watch from your own skyQ box. On the opposite wall is a double cupboard with central shelves, below which is a small sideboard-come-storage unit.
The kitchen/dining area is, once again, very spacious with the kitchen on one side, opposite the free standing glass topped dining table with six fabric chairs near the side entrance door. To the right of this door are storage units which also conceal the combi central heating and water boiler as well as a large integrated fridge/freezer. The kitchen itself is ‘L’ shaped and comprises a row of cupboards and under-counter storage units with stainless steel sink and tap centrally positioned in front of the window. A gas oven with four burners and a grill is fitted as standard with an externally vented cooker extractor hood. We have kitted out the kitchen with all the usual utensils, equipment, crockery and glasses plus microwave, kettle and toaster to ensure you have everything you need for your stay.
A central door leads through from the kitchen to the Marlow’s sleeping and bathing accommodation.
First up on the right is the family bathroom. This comprises a walk in shower with sliding glass door; the shower fitted with a thermostatic mixer, a pedestal hand basin and fully flushing toilet set at an angle to one side. A mirrored cabinet is fitted above the sink and an extractor fan is included.
Across the corridor are 2 twin bedrooms each fitted out with 2 beds, wardrobe and bedside table. Storage is provided with over bed cupboards and shelving and there’s a nice padded headboard that runs across the width of the room. One room has the ability to take out a bed and replace with a travel cot which is available upon request.
The final room on the Marlow is the master double bedroom. Featuring a centrally positioned bed, the room also has a padded headboard and a vanity unit with wide shelf, mirror and stool at the foot of the bed. Next to this is a large, double wardrobe with ample storage space. To the right of the bed is a door leading into the en suite bathroom which features a toilet and corner hand basin. The master bedroom is also equipped with a TV and hairdryer.

We are now taking bookings for 2020 from March to Oct so if you are interested in receiving a price list please drop us a message. £50 deposit will secure your dates then pay nothing until 8 weeks before your arrival.
Our check in days are Mondays and Fridays. We offer a 3 night weekend break, 4 night mid-week break, 7 nights, 10 nights, 14 nights etc.
Please note: we kindly ask for a refundable £100 car and respect bond which is returned at the end of your stay providing everything is left how you find it.
Funpasses are available from reception.
