Our Pet Friendly 2 bedroomed caravan is located on Juniper Close, a few minutes walk from the main complex, and fully equipped to a very high standard. At the end of a busy day you can enjoy the sea view from wrap-around decking with seating, and lockable gated access for security. French doors in the lounge can be opened to enable direct access onto the decking, which benefits from direct sunlight throughout the day. Extra seating can be found in the Storage Box located at the rear of side decking. The caravan also has it's own parking bay alongside which will fit 2 cars if necessary. The caravan also benefits from piped gas so there is no need to worry about gas bottles running out halfway through cooking.

The caravan is Double Glazed and Central Heated, with the addition of an Electric Fire in the Lounge for those extra cold days, and an Electric Fan in the Master Bedroom for those hot balmy nights. The Master Bedroom is very spacious, with a king size bed, large dressing table, fitted wardrobe, overhead storage, bedside cabinets, and an En-Suite with toilet and wash basin. There is also space for a Travel Cot, which is included. The bedroom also has a 32inch flat screen television with a built in DVD Player, and USB Charging Sockets above each bedside cabinet. Hair Straighteners and a Hairdryer are also available for use.

The Second Bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed, a built in wardrobe, overhead storage, bedside cabinet, and a USB Charging Socket.

The Family Bathroom comprises a shower, toilet, wash basin, shaver charging unit, and ample storage space for those all-important beauty products. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker and hob, overhead extractor fan, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, crockery, utensils, glasses and cutlery. Also included is a Tassimo coffee machine, vegetable steamer, sandwich toaster, and an omelette maker. There is also an ironing board and iron, and a Dyson vacuum cleaner.

The open plan Living/Dining Room has a freestanding dining table and four chairs. In the living area there is an electric fire, two sofas(one being a double sofa bed), coffee table, lamps, and two USB Charging Units. There is also a 49" flat screen TV, DVD player, DAB Radio, Bluetooth speaker, and recently added, an HDD Recorder so you will not need to miss an episode of your favourite soap whilst enjoying your holiday. And for those rainy days, of which we hope there aren't too many of, there is a selection of books, games, and DVD's to enjoy whilst awaiting the return of the sun.

Gas, Electric, Heating and Hot Water are included in the hire price. Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bedding, towels, toilet rolls, etc.

One well behaved dog will be accepted at a small extra cost, but if any damage is incurred, recompense will be required accordingly. Passes will be required to access the main complex and all facilities, including food outlets, and these can be obtained from Reception on the day of your arrival. It is always a good idea to book these about a week in advance by calling Devon Hills Reception on 01395 226226.

Due to Covid 19 the park has re-opened with limited facilities available, and only 50% of holidaymakers allowed on site at any one time. Currently only the Supermarket, Takeaway Food Venues, and Launderette are open to Holidaymakers. We do not have a confirmed date as to when the Arcade, Showbars, Pools, and Restaurants will be open to Holidaymakers. Please e-mail me for further details if required.

Absolutely stunning caravan & facilities, everything we needed in the caravan. Perfect location on the site.. Absolute pleasure to book through the owners, we were kept ip to date at all times and the owners were on hand whenever we needed them. Would highly recommend booking this caravan, its so well looked after and couldn't fault anything at all. Really didn't want to leave and we look forward to our next stay in this caravan, both me and my partner dont want to go for another caravan as this one is just perfect. Beautiful caravan with a gorgeous sea view from the decking and living area, the caravan is spotless and well looked after with every possible item we needed and more. as a family with 2 young children we found it very spacious warm and welcoming with a lot of personal touches, the facilities were just a few minutes walk away which is close enough too get the kids down and back from the pool but far enough away too not hear any noise from the club when trying to get them to sleep on a night, an all round great weekend, would highly recommend cant wait too book up and get back down there.

Absolute stunning holiday home , cleanliness was second to none even though pet friendly there were no signs of this . No one could wish for more regarding appliances cutlery and cooking utensils! On the outside from decking there was a great view of the park itself and a brilliant sea view. Even though the park offers plenty of food outlets and bars the kitchen area could cope with cooking any meals , nice large table for the whole of our family to enjoy our meals. Highly recommend this holiday home , the owners were very professional and informative when contacted regarding booking . WILL be rebooking for next year for definite 10/10 ????????
