Owner Description

Located on a large open sunny plot at Kelling Heath Holiday Park, our privately owned holiday home, Palo De Rosa is within easy reach of the park centre and all it has to offer.

We aim to be as flexible as possible with holiday dates so please don't hesitate to ask if you are looking for different dates to those shown on the availability system.

Accommodation consists of;
Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower, toilet and basin. Walk in wardrobe, dressing table and a small TV.

Twin bedroom with plenty of storage.

Modern family shower room with hand wash, shower gel and toilet rolls provided.

Spacious kitchen/diner with full size cooker, microwave and large fridge freezer, dining table and chairs. Fully equipped with crockery, glasses, pots, pans and more. Washing up liquid and tea towels provided along with tea, coffee and sugar.

Lounge with double sofa bed, arm chair and 2 stools, TV, complete with BT Sport package and an electric fire. Large porch with shoe rack.

The caravan is centrally heated and double glazed. Large window in the lounge looking onto the decking and trees. Perfect for watching the wildlife. The garden surrounding the caravan is totally enclosed by fencing and safe for young children and dogs.

Picnic bench and bistro set. To the rear of the garden is a shed for guests to store their bikes if they wish. Large storage container to the side of the caravan contains a washing machine which guests are welcome to use.

Two well behaved dogs allowed, dogs must be kept on a lead on the park but are free to roam the caravan garden, please remember to clear up any mess.
Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.

£10 extra per dog, per break.

Duvets and pillows provided but please bring your own bed linen and towels.

We have 2 caravans available on this park, the other being plot NR21 Palissandro, ukcaravans4hire ref 8042

Indoor swimming pool and leisure centre are available at an extra charge, you can purchase passes for these when checking in at Reception and on production of our key release form you will be able to get 2 for the price of 1.
