Helston 4 is well positioned on the edge of Liskey Hill Holiday Park where you can enjoy sea views and spectacular sunsets from the lounge area or from the outside balcony.

The van has 1 double bedroom with TV and a further 2 bedrooms 1 small double and 1 twin .
The lounge and dining area has a warm and cosy feel about it in the evening whilst having a light and bright, airy feel about it in the daytime. It also benefits from a large smart TV and WIFI
There is a large bathroom and a further separate WC

As Liskey Hill is open all year round, the van has Double Glazing and Central Heating , with the main lounge area also having a gas fire, so it gets nice and toasty on a chilly evening, even in the winter

The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensilsls, microwave, cooker, toaster, fridge freezer and Ninja Multi Cooker

We also provide an iron and ironing board.

Customers will need to bring with them their Own Bed Linen, Tea Towels and Hand Towels. Please also bring your own Beach Towels.

Well behaved pets are welcome and are allowed on Perranporth Beach all year round. You must bring your own Dog Blankets to cover the sofas
