Welcome to our newly purchased, luxurious family owned top of the range Swift Bordeaux caravan. Situated in Kestrel Heights, one of the most exclusive areas of Devon Cliffs holiday park. The caravan is furnished to the highest specification and also includes for your convenience, travel cot, iron and ironing board, bed guard and vacuum.
This is our family holiday home and we take great pride and care of it, it is in tip top condition and we are excited to share it with our guests. We have also added many little touches which will make it feel warm and a home from home.

Kestrel heights is a quiet cul-de-sac which was part of a new development for 2015, the paved pathways and newly tarmacked roads complement the perfect location. As it is a no through road it is perfect for families with children, as you have complete peace of mind while they play and explore, also next to our caravan you benefit form ample grass area and patio area for you and your family to enjoy barbecues in the summer should you want to dine AL fresco. There are small play areas a stone throw away which all can enjoy too!
Kestrel Heights is the perfect location for you and your family to relax and unwind, but don’t worry! It is just a 5 minute walk from all the action of the main complex, not to mention the short 10-15 minute walk to the beach.
Consisting of a Modern open plan fully equip kitchen with integrated large fridge-freezer, microwave, gas cooker, kettle and toaster, all crockery and at your fingertips should you wish to dine in.
There is a three-seater and two-seater sofa with pull out double bed if required. There is a coffee table with foot stools tucked neatly away. A 42” Television with Freeview and built in DVD player. Also built in speakers within the ceiling to listen to the radio or connect your ipod/phone to enjoy all your favorite music while you are on holiday. The caravan benefits from full central heating and double glazing to keep you warm in the winter months.
Dining table which seats up to 6 guests.
We have also included DVD’s, books and board games for all guests to enjoy.
There is a door which leads down the corridor to the shower room and 3no bedrooms; this is perfect addition for families with young children should you wish to keep noise to a minimum while other guests are sleeping.
Leading down the corridor you will come to a large shower room consisting of toilet, wash basin, double shower, mirrored cabinet for all your essentials and shaving light/facility, also a radiator.
We will supply duvets and pillows.
.First bedroom consists of two single beds with bedside cabinet, ample overhead storage and wardrobe for your convenience, also has radiator for your comfort in the colder months.
.Second bedroom consist of two single beds with bedside cabinet, ample overhead storage and wardrobe for your convenience, also has radiator for your comfort in the colder months.
.Master bedroom consists of a large king size bed, bedside cabinets, large overhead storage and dressing table with stool and mirror, large wardrobe with drawers and en-suite toilet with wash basin. also has radiator for your comfort in the colder months.
We have also added a 24” television with Freeview and built in DVD player.
We have large double doors which lead out on to the perfect sized enclosed front veranda with table and four chairs, along with parasol and two children’s chairs. Perfectly situated so you can watch your children enjoy the paved areas on their bikes and scooters while you enjoy a drink or two.
Next to the caravan we have our own grassed area and a brand new patio area perfect for AL fresco dining in the summer months with a supplied coal barbecue for all to enjoy.
The caravan has two spot lights and a PIR light for your convenience when returning from days out or from the complex at night.
You will benefit from your very own allocated parking space and path which leads to the caravan. Also several guest parking spaces are available nearby should you have more than one vehicle.
Please note: We DO NOT provide the following:
.Sheets, pillowcases or duvet covers.
.Towels, tea towels, cleaning products, toilet rolls or toiletries.
Please note ** The preference states no same sex groups**. This is merely policy of Haven regarding Hen/Stag weekends etc. Our ruling to this also applies. We DO welcome same sex families in our caravan.
All Gas, Electric and Water is included in price quoted.
Short breaks may be available. However at peak times, only full weeks are available.
Terms and conditions will be sent with booking form once you have confirmed your interest in a holiday date.
