Hi, Thank you for taking the time to read about our holiday home, we are very proud of it and take pride in it so that our guests have best experience when they stay with us, many of our guests return each year.

Description

Our Bordeaux retreat benefits from full double glazing, central heating, and has two furnished verandas with outside lighting.

It is situated on Cedar Vale on a large corner plot, there is also a hard standing for the car. Cedar Vale is very close to all amenities.

There are 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and cook a meal for your family

The caravan is beautifully spacious and bright with a home from home atmosphere

It has satellite tv in the lounge

Kettle, Slow Cooker, clothes airer and Multi Health Grill also provided

The caravan also has independent WIFI

There is no disabled access.

Bed linen can be provided at an extra cost if requested at time of booking, towels would also need to be provided.

The cost of the holiday does not include the fun passes, these can be paid for in advance from the main reception.

The beach is a very short walk away, there is a bus service on site for excursions to Scarborough, Bridlington and surrounding seaside towns.

Primrose Holiday Park offers entertainment to suit all the family, including excellent shows and bingo for adults.
Fun train for both adults and children to enjoy a ride and the views of the park.
There are 3 swimming pools, 2 indoor with water features and a seasonal outside pool.
There is a restaurant, café bar and grill, Burger King, pizza shop that can deliver, fish and chip shop, Starbucks coffee house and a very reasonable convenience store.

Lesley's caravan made the perfect base for us! There's myself, hubby, mother in law and two children aged four & seven. The caravan is pretty much equal distance from the reception area/shop/splash pool/ arcade and the lakeside area the opposite way. The two decking areas were lovely to enjoy, especially at the front where we could leave the patio doors open. One is also under cover so we could still leave swimming things out to dry even if drizzly. The caravan had everything you'd need and more, we even used the slow cooker one day to put our tea in before we spent a day at the beach! Everywhere was lovely and clean and in good working order. Lesley was also really helpful before our trip and answered lots of my questions about current covid restrictions at the time of booking and also the site in general as we hadn't stayed at Primrose Valley before. The beach is also accessable in both directions from the caravan in just a short few minutes walk. There is a really handy bus service we used into Filey but actually walked back along the beach afterwards. We found the activities staff were great, so much to do that we couldn't fit everything in that the kids wanted to do so will definitely be back! Great quality caravan with a really helpful owner, I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Beautiful caravan with sea view... Perfect location on the site not to close to the entertainment/shop to be disturbed but close enough to just pop in and out with ease. Extremely clean... Lovely fresh smell as you enter each room. Lesley is a joy to communicate with... Very quick to answer emails. Will definitely be returning soon.

We had an great holiday all round! Lesley's caravan is ideally positioned for all Haven's facilities which was perfect for the kids. The caravan itself is beautiful and modern, and has two lovely decking areas to sit on and sunbathe (which made a nice change in England!). Communication was Lesley was fabulous, she really couldn't have been more helpful - and the caravan was spotless when we arrived. So very highly recommended! Thanks again! Craig

A last minute decision holiday that turned out to be perfect in every way! From emailing the owner there was prompt response and all queries answered. Customer service and overall booking experience exceptional. On arrival we found all the amenities we required to be available in the caravan, it felt like home from home. What a lovely comfortable holiday home this is for families young and old. Very clean and well looked after in a wonderful location for our family. Will definitely recommend????

A non returnable deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday.
A bond of £50 is also required to cover any breakages etc, this will be returned as soon as the caravan has been checked.

At the time of booking a lead name must be given, as well as names of the rest of the party and children’s ages.

Payment plans can also be arranged as this often helps our guests with families
