Our 3 bed Holiday Home is situated in the Paddock area of Newquay Holiday Park which is a perfect location for any type of Holiday stay. This comfortable caravan includes plenty of room for 8 people with a spacious Living Room and open plan Kitchen/Dining area.

The Contemporary Central Lounge is an unusual feature which adds to the comfort but also means that there is extra room if the pull out bed is required turning it into a nice sized 2nd Double Bedroom.

With the Master Bedroom having an En-Suite Shower Room it means that there are Bedrooms and Bathrooms at either end of the Holiday Home.

Also there is a Utility Cupboard which contains a Washing Machine should you require it along with many other useful items including an Iron and Ironing Board, Hairdryer, Vacuum and Mop and Bucket.

Bed linen is included and Beds will be made for you on arrival.

There are Parking Bays at the end of the path leading to the Holiday Home but please do not park on the grass adjacent to it.

Passes are not included but are available from reception. These will be needed to enter the main clubhouse and facilities and to use the swimming pools

This was our first time in Newquay and it did not disappoint. The holiday was made so much more enjoyable by being able to stay in Paul & Ann's caravan. Absolute beautiful caravan with all the facilities you need and more. Having the airfryer was fantastic and made cooking stress free! Everything from start to finish was smooth and straight forward. We will no doubt be booking to come again. Thanks again Paul & Ann. ????

We had a lovely stay. The caravan was fabulous and extremely clean. There was even a bottle of wine and big bag of sweets left by the owners which was a lovely gesture. Would definitely recommend booking

Thanks to Ann and Paul my family had a great holiday in Newquay. The Caravan was spotless, by far the best caravan we’ve stayed in with bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both sides of the caravan, a lovely living area and decking outside! A lovely corner plot with a clothes line which was used lots due to the kids body boarding and somewhere to hang the wetsuits! Ann and Paul were great with their communication and would definitely recommend hiring the caravan! A Star!

Very comfortable and cosy caravan with a home from home feel. Easily accomodated our party of 7. Lots of outdoor space to spend the evening which made our holiday. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Paul and Ann

This is caravan is amazing. It has everything you need. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a better shower/ power I have at home. We arrived the caravan was spotless with a bottle of wine and chick ( so thoughtful). The site has everything you need - outdoor pools like dipping into the bath. Anne/Paul are so accommodating making sure everything is 100%. We enjoyed that much, we’ve already booked for next year. I can honestly say you will not be disappointed. Worth every single penny. Thank you to you both for allowing me to have a holiday of a lifetime up to now! Mandy and the girls x
