If you enjoy family beach holidays or exploring the beautiful costal paths our caravan will provide you with an ideal base. The caravan is comprised of:
Kitchen - The caravan has a well-stocked kitchen with cooker with 4 hob gas burners, oven and grill. Fridge , microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as the usual cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Not forgetting wine glasses for that relaxing glass of wine before dinner.
Lounge – the lounge enjoys a view of the passing steam train and is comprised of L-shaped seating comfortably accommodating up to 6 adults which also contains the pull-out double bed and extra storage. It has a remote controlled TV/DVD combo and a gas fire for the cooler evenings. There is also a selection of books to enjoy on those quieter moments.
Dining Area – the dining area has a free standing table with seating for 6.
Bathroom - The bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin and temperature controlled shower unit.
Master Bedroom - The master bedroom has a double bed with a double wardrobe, drawers and overhead storage.
Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.with under bed storage.
Location – the plot has a lovely sunny aspect enjoying the sun for most of the day. It is situated on a level part of the park with easy access to all the site amenities including a shop, well equipped launderette, The Smugglers Pub which offers a wide variety of food and drinks (to eat in or take away), the large heated outdoor pool and children’s paddling pool, the club house with regular entertainment and the children’s play park. The caravan is just a 5 minute walk from the coastal path offering a perfect base for those who love walking or just appreciate being out in the fresh air enjoying the panoramic views across Torbay. There is easy access to many stunning local beaches so it is also a perfect base for beach lovers and families.
Please note that the site is currently undergoing some renovation work. The pool, the club house and the restaurant is closed until the spring. The pool is moving indoors from summer 23. Updated details of the facilities will be available in the spring.
There is a bus stop at the top of the park with regular buses running to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay so you can park up your car and use the bus to explore.
Local nearby attractions include Goodrington's Quaywest Water Park Dartmouth Steam Railway,, Woodlands Leisure Park, Kent’s Caverns, Babbacombe Model Village and Paignton Zoo to name but a few.
Quilts and pillows are supplied but please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
The caravan is professionally cleaned between each guest to ensure your safety.
The caravan now has free WIFI so the children can enjoy their tablets and phones.
Outside main holiday periods you can book a minimum 3 night stay with us. Our preferred format is Friday to Monday - 3 nights and Monday to Friday - 4 nights. We are flexible but 3 days is the minimum stay.
