Well equipped 3 bedroom caravan in a lovely quiet cul de sac position that is ideal for families on the 5 star Haven Hopton park. All bedrooms have TV / DVD players.

Description

Birkdale 25 is a well presented and well equipped three bedroom, 8 berth holiday home at Hopton Holiday Village.

This modern and stylish static caravan is a real "home from home" with co-ordinated upholstery throughout and tastefully furnished. To ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible we include a basic welcome pack upon arrival along with hairdryer, Iron and an information folder for guests wanting to explore the local area. Available to hire to families, groups and dogs are welcome too.

Open plan sitting room with TV and DVD, sound system, electric fire and french doors opening onto a veranda offering a pleasant outlook over Birkdale. The caravan is double glazed throughout and has central heating, making it ideal for all year round stays. Dining area. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, large fridge freezer, toaster and oven. Good storage throughout. Family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Master double bedroom with wardrobes, dressing table, TV with DVD and en-suite facilities. Two additional good sized twin bedrooms both with wardrobes, TV and DVD players. A further double bed can be converted from the sofa. Because of on going Covid precautions bedding (i.e. sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers) are not provided guests will also need to bring their own towels.

The outside area is ideal for children and includes garden furniture. Situated on the peaceful and leafy area of Birkdale just five minutes walk from the main complex, shops and golf course. The beach is just a ten minutes walk. Hopton Holiday Village is an excellent park in clean and tidy condition boasting many activities and entertainment.

Strictly no smoking inside the Caravan or on the Veranda.

Well behaved Dogs welcome.

We recently stayed in accommodation Birkdale 25 at Hopton Holiday Village from 1/4/23 to 8/4/23, we would just like to say that we fell in love with the accommodation and the park instantly, so much so that on day 2 we rebooked the same accommodation for August 23. The park is very clean and welcoming with everything you could want close by and a big shout out to all the staff who are very polite and friendly, also a big thank you to the holiday home owner Mike for accepting us in to his lovely home from home. Thank you so much. Caravan was a good size. Nice and clean. We took our dog and the caravan had a gate all round so was perfect so she could sit outside. Has all you need Nice area where caravan is. We had a lovely time. Thank you ????

Nice caravan, in great spot for children and pets to run around. Owner was very helpful with information and leaving welcome pack with tea bags ect. Only issue was caravan wasn't as clean as it could be. Stains on bedding, very dusty, behind toaster on bench looked like it had never been wiped down. And slight smell of dog wee when first entered but not to bothered by that having dogs myself and with it being dog friendly caravan it's to be expected sometimes.

We had the best week away, the caravan was lovely, clean and in the most perfect location for the boys to play safely outside. Mike was excellent with his communication and sending through site information. We can’t wait to stay in the caravan again. Thankyou so much :)

What a lovely van. We arrived, the van was really clean and very well equipped. Every thing you needed was there. Owner was great with communication. Shame it was only for a few nights, would ???? book again. Beds super comfy, Sharpe knives and the puppy really enjoyed her first time at the beach. Thanks Mike.

Lovely comfortable caravan in a very quiet part of the park. Owner was very kind and you just knew from his communication emails he was there if you needed him. We love this area and would definitely return to this caravan . Thanks Mike your van is lovely nice touches with TV in bedroom xx

The booking process through UKcaravans4hire was easy and straightforward. Mike the owner sent through lots of useful information prior to the holiday which was very helpful. He responded to my enquiries very quickly and was on hand if needed. The caravan was in a fantastic quiet spot with lots of space to the side and behind. We used the bbq several times and had lots of space for the family to practise their golf and play boules! The caravan was clean and well equipped. A great family holiday on a clean well maintained park.

We had a fantastic holiday, the caravan was very clean and stunning, really well maintained. 3 lovely bedrooms, although the kids wanted to share a room anyway! Master bedroom just beautiful. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac we quickly got chatting to the friendly neighbours. Outdoor decking was lovely looking out onto a lovely lawned area for the kids to play on.. Very kind gesture of welcome packs if needed. Really good communication from owner Mike and very quick to reply. We took dvds with us and enjoyed our film nights. Good supply of cleaning items, hoover etc. We didn’t want to leave and the kids keep asking us to book that same caravan again!! Highly recommend!! Site itself very clean and well maintained although we didn’t get the fun passes so cannot comment on indoor areas.

On arrival to the site it wasn't that easy to find where the caravan was situated this isn't the fault of the owner its was due to the site as the sign was hid behind some branches as to where to turn down .On arriving at the caravan it was pleasantly clean and smelt lovely it had everything you could need in the kitchen .The only downfall was the remote control for the television in the lounge we just couldn't get it to work .Hopton is a lovely site and has plenty to do for families and where the caravan is situated it was lovely and quiet. There is a play area near by for young children and behind the caravan there is a large grass area for children to run around safely away from the road . The caravan was about a five to ten minutes walk away from the entertainment complex .Would I book this caravan again yes I think I would if I was coming back to great Yarmouth

Had a nice time, cosy homely caravan, and decent distance from the facilities so it escaped the noise, but still accessible . Odd TV remote.
