Located on the sought after area of the park, Cardigan Bay. Our caravan is situated on a quiet cul de sac position. Perfect as there is no through traffic. Surrounded by other privately owned caravans. Also inc, Slow cooker, Kettle, toaster, toastie maker, Cafetiere, Blue tooth radio/speaker, Tower fan, Dyson cordless hoover, 42" TV in living area with DVD player and a range of DVD's. Bed linen provided.

New to the rental market for spring 2020.

Platinum reference when comparing to Haven description of caravans.

Swift Antibes 2017 Model. 40ft x 12ft, 3 Bedroom 1 x Double bedroom with en-suite toilet, 2 x Twin Bedroom. Sleeps 6.

1 main bathroom with shower

Double Glazed and centrally heated with radiator in each room.

Beds made up on arrival.

Towels not included.

Wide L shape wrap around decking with patio doors. On the decking there is a corner sofa style rattan seating area, with a second bistro style table and 2 chairs at the opposite end of decking. All with outside cushions and sun umbrella.

In 2019 Haven spent a whopping £12 million refurbishing the already popular site with new bars and restaurants and a huge outdoor play/adventure area, the Dragon Lakes village! All to boost the ever popular North Wales site with its beautiful beaches and coves, headlands and not forgetting the golf course.

There is more than enough to keep you entertained whilst staying on site, However should you want to venture off, Out of the site to the Right and 5 minutes down the road is the beautiful beach of Criccieth. Another 5 mins drive past Criccieth and your in Porthmadog. Should you turn Left out of the site then you will soon be at Pwllheli, ten minutes further and your in Abersoch. You really are spoilt for choice! Local bus services also run from site to a variety of different locations.

As this is our treasured family holiday home we also require a damage bond off £100 to be paid when the final balance of the holiday is due. This will be refunded once we have inspected the caravan after you have left. We kindly request that the caravan is left in the same condition in which you find it upon arrival. Failure to do this could result in £25 being deducted from the damage bond.

There is one available parking space, please do not park on the grass! If you do require a second parking space there is a large car park 2 mins walk from Cardigan Bay.
