We are a family of five who love to explore and get away, we bought at Cayton Bay in January 2016 and have never looked back. We love our pitch and the location, we hope you enjoy our caravan as much as we do!

Description

Our caravan is double glazed, super insulated and central heated with a modern flame effect fire in the lounge. A central living area separates the twin and master bedroom suite to create more privacy, making it perfect for families and providing a more luxurious stay.

Having 3 bedrooms with the master suite having an en suite shower room. A lounge, dining & modern kitchen that includes a full size fridge freezer and dishwasher separates the bedrooms and provides access to the large sundeck via French Doors that also provides peaceful views of woodland. The layout feels modern, luxurious, warm and cozy for those peaceful breaks for the adults or providing lots of room too spread out for the family.

There is a TV/DVD in the lounge and there are TV's to all 3 bedroom with lots of DVD's to choose from for all the family.

The large deck to the side of the holiday home, provides a lovely private place to sit and enjoy the fresh air looking out to the woods with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

This caravan boasts a private parking space to the rear with direct access to the sundeck.

Absolutely loved the caravan from the moment we stepped inside, so homely. We have done many caravan holidays but never rented privately ....we were not disappointed. Great facilities with a dish washer and a big large fridge freezer which was a great surprise and extremely helpful when there for a week! Comfy beds, loved the layout and the children were very happy with the TV/ dvd combis in their bedrooms. Owner has been extremely helpful from the first enquiry through to the date of arrival with quick responses. We've had a fantastic week and this caravan was the best base for our family, will definitely return in future

Once the booking was complete the owner of the caravan communicated personally was contactable from the off. An issue with the in built fridge freezer was dealt with before we arrived and the new temporary stand alone unit worked great. The caravan is located in a quiet cul de sac, which was perfect for our needs. The inside of the caravan was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived and using the clear instructions given by the owner enabled the heating to come on straight away. The furnishings and beds were fully made and up and were very comfortable. The two bathrooms and showers were spacious even for someone who is 6 ' 3" A great idea of having a tray of emergency rations too. We didn't use them as we brought everything with us. A really great caravan and would recommend it to everyone
