A fabulous caravan, located in the Kernow View, you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the Perran Sands resort, very close to the dunes leading down to Perranporth, whilst being only a short walk from the site amenities.

A fabulous caravan, located in the Kernow View, you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the Perran Sands resort, very close to the dunes leading down to Perranporth, whilst being only a short walk from the site amenities.

Lounge/Dining Room: This lovely spacious, open plan living area is particularly bright and airy. There is ample seating for everyone with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed. There is a free standing seating available for all guests with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed. There is also a 26" Flat-Screen TV, side table, and gas fire making it cosy on those chilly evenings.

Kitchen: The stylish, well appointed kitchen contains everything you should require and comprises a full sized oven & hob, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a 4'6" double bed for a perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes and additional shelving space. pillows and duvets provided (bring your own linen)

Twin Bedroom 1: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Twin Bedroom 2: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Family Bathroom: Contains a large Shower Cubicle, Wash Basin, WC and some additional storage.

Separate WC: Contains WC & Wash Basin.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain play passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception or in advance (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

A 25% non-refundable Deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 1 month prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 1 month, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website accessed through the link below under Owners Details. Payment can be made either by Debit or Credit Card. A full emailed Booking Confirmation will be generated containing a copy of our Booking Terms & Conditions together with a Booking Summary.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
