It is located on the new very modern Cedar Wood area of the holiday village, only short walk to the leisure facilities and all other on site amenities. Relax at the end of the day on our peaceful fully furnished south facing veranda.

Spacious open plan living area with large flat screen Freeview Smart TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Modern 'L' shaped sofa with scatter cushions for extra comfort with soft furnishings. Patio doors opening from the living room onto the south facing veranda supplied with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun all day long.

Gas hob and oven, microwave, toaster, Kettle, and fridge freezer.

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking, this is non refundable if you cancel your stay. You also need to pay a £50 bond with the price of the caravan, this is returned to you after your departure, usually with in 14 days, once the caravan has been inspected. The balance can be paid at any time up until 6 weeks before your arrival date. (I am happy to take the balance in instalments as long as its paid in full 6 weeks before your arrival)

You are required to buy unlimited access passes (wrist bands) for the duration of your stay, these must be purchased directly from Flamingo Land on your arrival.
