We had a lovely week in this caravan. The caravan itself is really modern and clean with everything you could need, very spacious aswel and feel even more so with the patio doors open, there was plenty of room for 2 adult and 2 teenagers and we didnt feel it each others way at all.. The beds were really comfy and we all slept well. The location of the caravan is perfect as we had a number of walks along the path behind the caravan which were beautiful. It's also quite quiet but not too far a walk to the main complex. The complex itself was great, being able to book activities quite easily seeing as it is the holidays was great. The shop was well stocked and reasonable priced . There was quite a wait for food on the nights we tried to eat there, as its the height if the season it is to be expected. We had a drive out to find a pub for tea which was lovely anyway! The communication from the owner has been outstanding and so so helpful it made the trip along easier. Overall we had a lovely week and would definitely got back to the site and also to this caravan.

Caravan was great. Purchase play passes at £147 and couldn't get into the entertainment area as all tables were full on each of the 3 nights. We went early too. Food was terrible in the lakeside bay pub\restaurant. The other activities that were available were good and the kids had a good time

Hello Tony I am sorry you had trouble with the food that is not good I do the park registrations well in advance to give people the chance to get park passes and book activities etc in advance Can I ask what did you try to make your booking for the restaurants? I need to advise other guests to book as early as possible to avoid missing out on a table Thanks for your feedback all the best Richard

Beautiful caravan, everything you need is there. Beautiful area of the park where it is sited. Slight issue at the beginning but nothing to complain about, Richard was very accommodating and communicated. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic caravan in a lovely spot on site. The caravan had everything we needed and the children loved being able to play outside safely.

Absolutely loved this caravan, one of the best we have stayed in and will certainly go back. No real negatives at all, even the weather being bad couldn't put a downer on it.

We had a lovely stay in the caravan at Lakeland, Tge caravan is in a lovely position with easy access to all parts of the park, but secluded enough not to be disturbed by other guests. The caravan was spotless and spacious, we had no complaints at all. Prior to arrival Rochard was excellent at communicating, providing everything we needed well in advance of our arrival. The site is also in a great area, with easy access to lovely local villages and the lakes. A short drive and we were at Lake Windermere where we visited the aquarium, went on a boat ride, had some nice food, wish we had longer so kids could have done the ample water sports. We will certainly be back and will seek out Richard for availability of his caravan.i

Had a great few days staying at this caravan with my two girls 7yr & 2yr old . Was in a great spot close to the swing park. Caravan was immaculate. Lovely grass area at the back where we could set up the paddling pool & let the younger kids run wild. Would definitely book to stay at this caravan again.

A quick get away at the lovely Lakeland site. The caravan is situated in a quiet area on the site. It was a beautiful caravan modern clean and spacious and all essentials provided.(the shower is awesome). The caravan has a lovely veranda facing the coastline,and it’s was lovely watching the sun going down. I needed some information on the day,and a quick text and I was sorted for the rest of my stay.only negative I wasn’t there long enough .thank you .

Great,comfortable caravan that is only 5mins walk to the main facilities. Caravan was immaculate on arrival. The owner was great coming back to me before arriving with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this caravan and hopefully return in the future.

Fabulous stay in a fantastic caravan, which has the most brilliant spot on the site. It’s clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and in excellent condition. Nice attention to detail, towels, hairdryer, liquid hand soap, kitchen fully equipped with cleaning set on arrival. Lovely decking to side and front with luxury outdoor seating, quiet spot no one overlooking safe for kids and dog friendly too. . Will definitely stay again in future and would highly recommend to others

Just returned from a lovely 4 nights in this beautiful caravan, it’s clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and in excellent condition. Home from home, lots of of attention to detail, towels, hairdryer, liquid hand soap, kitchen fully equipped with cleaning set too on arrival. Lovely decking to side and front with luxury outdoor seating, quiet spot no one overlooking and areas for children to play where you can watch them on the grass from the caravan decking. Safe for dogs too. Lots to see and do in the Lakes, it’s so pretty. Would really recommend this caravan, the owner is very helpful.

The caravan is modern, clean and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay! Owner was very responsive by email and even gave us his number in case we needed anything. Campsite wonderful and facilities were spot on. The veranda was perfect to sit out in the evenings and view was lovely - located in a peaceful area of the park. A few marks on mirrors and toothpaste splatters on wall from previous guests but other than that, cleanliness was excellent. Will definitely stay again in future and would highly recommend to others - thank you!

Excellent caravan ( brand new ) lovely spot watch the sun set at night everything in the caravan you could wise for inc towels ect fully fitted kitchen will definitely book this caravan again next year
