We had an absolutely lovely stay in this caravan. Julie and Greg were so informative and always on hand if needed. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and got to make the most of the verandah! Lovely spacious caravan with everything you could need! It's situated in a fab spot close to the amenities. Just returned from another fabulous holiday in this caravan . Great location close to the main facilities on park. The caravan is well equipped. Clean and tidy, with games and dvds. Great communication with Julie she answered any questions i had. Will definitely be returning later in the season. Thankyou Julie and Greg x

2nd time at caravan, clean and tidy.. Everything that you need is available, maybe needs to put a fan in for hot days In a nice quiet part of the park. Owners always answer any questions and are on hand if needed

We were absolutely delighted with everything, The caravan was perfect, In a great location and completely spotless and so many additional little touches to keep the children entertained when it poured with rain, The DVD collection was amazing. Me my wife and son love this caravan very close to everything you need feels like you at home would recommend this caravan to anyone and the owners very friendly excellent will definitely be booking again

Lovely caravan, located in a lovely part of the park. Nice and quiet with your own parking space. The caravan was very clean and well presented with everything you needed. It felt very homely. Communication with Greg and Julie was excellent they answered any questions i had and made me feel very welcome ???? Caravan in need of a couple of things. A good broom would be good to brush carpet as the hoover was useless and didn’t pick really anything up. Also one of the glasses was badly chipped. I have left this. Also when we arrived the bathroom blind was on the floor. The duvet that was spare to be used also had mould on it do I had to go out and purchase a new duvet. Lovely setting and very peaceful.

We are sorry to hear that your break didn't live up to what we had hoped for you. If you had told us about the problems at the time we would have happily resolved them immediately. We sent the spare duvet to the laundry, they washed and wrapped it so we imagine it was still a little damp when wrapped. In future we will check all the laundry and not leave in the wrapping. We will get the vacuum checked and if necessary we will replace it. The blind is a bit of a mystery, our cleaner said it was okay when she went in, not long before you arrived. We will get Haven maintenance to check it out. Thank you for taking the time to make your valuable comments and all will be acted on. Greg and Julie

Booked for 3 nights ended up staying extra 2 nights. Caravan is well looked after cleaned through out no faults at all will definitely be booking again.

The photos don't do justice for the home. The Location is great in a quiet cul de sac so no passing traffic or people walking past yet close to the facilities. As its owner owned we found it far better equipped than a Haven owned home. Communication with the owners 1st class. If we want to stay in this area again would definitely book again
