2015 ABI Oakley which sleeps up to 6 people. It is sited on A20 on Unity Farm, Brean Sands. It has the latest fixtures and fittings. A 50in TV in the lounge area. The caravan comes with a living room area and dining area. The kitchen has a gas cooker built in fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. The caravan has 3 bedrooms 1 double with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin rooms. The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also a second toilet washroom for the master bedroom. Outside the caravan has a veranda area with a table and chairs.

Included in the Hiring Fees:
Gas & electricity, Children's & adults entertainment, Half price golf green fees, Children's Clubs, Fishing (licence required), Discounts for Fun park tokens and wristbands. The Gym and Sun Bed Centre can also be used for an additional fee.

WI-FI is available on the park at an extra cost from reception.
