'Creagan a' Chaise View' number 18 is one of our 3 Leisure Homes ('Creagan a' Chaise View' no. 18, 'Spey Valley View' no. 19, 'Kinveachy Forest View' no. 78). All are Premium, highest specification, best equipped, with best views Leisure Homes sited on the largest plots on the perimeter of Boat of Garten Holiday Park, Cairngorms National Park, Aviemore which are available for rental 365 days of the year.

The uninterrupted views to the mountains from the lounge and decking are what makes 'Creagan a' Chaise View' so special. We have guests returning year after year with some guests returning 2 & 3 times a year.

The luxurious accommodation is well insulated with full double glazing, gas central heating with radiators in all rooms, controlled by a room thermostat, and is fully equipped with everything you will need. The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower toilet and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. During the winter months electric blankets are provided for all beds. The main bathroom also has a large shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

The large comfortable lounge has a three piece suite, flat screen TV, Freesat, DVD player, and a patio door leading out to a large decking area (decking on 3 sides) with 2 tables, chairs and barbecue. There is also a large grassed area with picnic bench and rotary clothes dryer for exclusive use of our guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, 5 burner gas hob, built in full size oven, grill and microwave, built in fridge & freezer, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc.. The adjacent dining area has a dining table & 4 chairs.

An iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and quality bed linen and towels are provided (please ask for an inventory when booking). A lockable shed is also provided for bike / ski storage etc.

Boat of Garten (the Osprey Village) is located on the famous River Spey in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park near Aviemore and is an ideal centre for a large variety of outdoor pursuits - Skiing/ Snow boarding Walking, Mountain biking, Bird watching (Loch Garten and the RSPB Osprey Centre is close at hand), The Strathspey Steam Railway, Fishing (loch & river), Golf at Boat of Garten Golf Club. Children are well catered for at the “Landmark Forest Adventure Park” with high ropes courses, water slides and rides at nearby Carrbridge (3 miles away).

Aviemore with its shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs, and from where you can access the ski slopes and mountains is only 6 miles by road or by walking through the forest along the Speyside Way.

Children are welcome. One house trained dog up to medium (Labrador) size are welcome (there is a large enclosed decking area with gate). Dogs must not be left unattended at any time in or outside our Leisure Home.

Bookings can be made for short or long breaks (3 nights plus). Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Occupancy is restricted to a maximum of 4 persons.

We have been to this superb caravan a few times in the past few years, it's spotless, comfortable furniture , great outlook , quiet. Hosts John and Ann extremely helpful, we have already booked for Christmas this year Looking forward to many more holidays at this wonderful place.

Many thanks Helen & Stephen, it is always a pleasure to to see you both returning again. We look forward to welcoming you both back for Christmas, it will be the third time you have stayed with us this year.
