We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The place is lovely and has plenty of space. It’s in a quiet area so no one walking past having a nosy in. Very good communication with the owners. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Wow , a beautiful caravan with everything we could have hoped for, excellent location and facilities, it was a pleasure staying here so much better than the caravans we usually book through park resorts, we would stay here again in a heartbeat, thank you for providing us with such a beautiful place x

What a beautiful caravan in a perfect spot would defo recommend and will be back again as everything you need and good facilities and a lovely pub with great food across from caravan site. The varanda makes it could sit there all day thank you again x

We are just back from a wonderful mini break at this 5 star caravan. It’s in a perfect location on this lovely, quiet site. Ideal for families and little ones. The fixtures and furnishings are all top notch, equipped with everything you need, and the beds are super comfy. We would not hesitate to recommend to others or to stay again in the future.

Myself pauline and buster our 10 year old dog stayed for a short break the caravan and its facilities were excellent especially the 2 fans were a God send with the heat wave we had, would highly recommend this caravan its definitely a 5 star accommodation

Had a lovely weeks stay at this beautiful caravan it’s in a lovely quiet area of park but not to far from the main complex and shop lovely and clean and everything you need for a weeks stay! Also bus service right outside park takes you to Scarborough and filey amongst other places was ideal and cheap and if you don’t want to take the car! There is also a lovely pub across the road from the park which does lovely food if you want a change also a good selection of beers etc and good prices! Would highly recommend park and caravan stayed Monday to Friday 30th June to 3rd may .

Lovely Halloween weekend break, caravan is fab and wouldn't hesitate to book again. The caravan is in the best part of the park in our opinion with parking space being a bonus. Everything there you can possibly need for a break although the weather wasn't great it still was a wonderful stay. We shall visit next year and I will be keeping fingers crossed this holiday home is available. Thank you to the owners and uk caravans for a hassle free stay. Take care Craig kath and kaspar x

Just returned from a lovely relaxing break in one of the best equipped caravans we have stayed in. The caravan was very clean with home comforts supplied as extras such as condiments, tea bags etc. In a very quiet area of the park with rabbits and squirrels for company. The added bonus of lots of sunshine meant the lovely south facing veranda with nice rattan furniture was very well used! Thank you, we will be back I'm sure, Karen and Graham Hurst

A beautiful caravan in a fantastic location, perfect for sun worshippers thanks to the lovely deck and rattan furniture (and south facing location, of course). We had one day of sunshine and it was great to catch some rays. Inside the caravan there is plenty there for you to make the holiday & packing easier - including books, DAB radio, DVDs, cleaning materials, condiments, and Sky Q --- and a dishwasher & washing machine!! We've never been to Cayton Bay before and it has a lovely feel, with some modern facilities, and is an ideal location for those with dogs, with lots of walking and exploring to be done, and the free Parkdean WiFi package is all we needed for a weekend! We're already interested in coming back in September, but there's no surprise that this caravan is fully booked - a great find!

Just come back from a stay in this caravan. It was lovely, with really nice touches like condiments, dog toys and books in the bedroom. This caravan was well located, clean and having the balcony was great. Would definitely recommend to others.

Loved our stay here. Gorgeous caravan absolutely spotlesss and looks brand new. Everything you could possibly need in there. Weather let us down abit but non the less didn’t stop is having fun. Interaction with jan was great she helped with whatever. We only had one bad thing and that was the carbon monoxide alarm sounding in the middle of the night on our last night there and having to figure out how to sort that but that’s not a reflection on the owners and the caravan itself. Would happily stay here again. Thanks guys!

The caravan was lovely and clean, and in a nice quite location away from all the noise. I was surprised to find the main bedroom had a king size bed in it, along with its own en-suite. The caravan had everything we needed and was very well equipped. Including sky tv, Would highly recommend for that perfect break in the UK.
