About the owner

Hello my name is Lauren, I am a wife and mother to 2 beautiful young children. I work in a school during term time and spend the school holidays doing things with my children and visiting our caravan if it isn't booked out to all you wonderful guests. I deal with the letting of both caravans I now have listed that are based at T Mawr, North Wales. I am always at the end of a phone, email or message for anyone who has a booking or wants to potentially book with any questions or queries you may have and will always do my very best to answer you or if I am unsure I will do my best to find the answers for you. I also have a wonderful little cleaning team who live locally to the caravan should any issues arise and you need someone quicker than I could attend to you. I will always do what I can to ensure you have a friendly environment whilst booking and during your stay at our beautiful holiday homes.

Description

Beautiful caravan based in Towyn, Abergele of North Wales consisting of lounge with pull out double bed, kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms - 2 with single beds and master bedroom with double bed and en suite toilet and sink. Also separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with central heating throughout the caravan along with electric fire in the living room. TV and DVD player available in the living room as well as TV in master bedroom and fitted furniture throughout too. There is parking bays available in front of the caravan and patio area at the side of the van too. Decking to the front and the side with rattan furniture available which gets the sun all day long.

Lots to do in the area for all ages including arcades and fun fairs just a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. Car boot also on every other day next to the fun fair. Asda is just a 10 to 15 minute drive away as well as many beaches in the area - Colwyn bay being our personal preference as a family with 3 young children. Not forgetting the welsh mountain zoo, many castles and waterfalls in the surrounding areas, as well as adventure parks, golf courses, 10 pin bowling and of course the cable cars and great orme in Llandudno.

There is a bus stop just outside the park which can take you to all the surrounding areas as far as Llandudno or Rhyl if you choose not to take the car.

There is a restaurant onsite as well as a fish and chip shop. There is an onsite shop too. the launderette is open all hours for you to use also.

PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE BUT CAN BE PURCHASED ON ARRIVAL FROM RECEPTION SHOULD YOU WANT THEM. THERE WILL BE NO TOWELS PROVIDED FOR YOU BUT BED LINEN IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE AND MADE UP FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.

Due to the ongoing pandemic caused by covid-19, we are still taking and accepting bookings. However, should we have to cancel your booking for reasons that are out of our hands such as another lockdown, then you will receive a full refund of any money paid. If you choose to cancel your booking with us and the holiday is still able to go a
head then this would entitle you to no refund of any money paid.

The cleaners we use will be adhering to the park and government guidelines when it comes to cleaning and sanitising the caravan between usage - this obviously includes bedding but if you wish to provide your own at this time then this is understandable. Please just let us know before your stay if you are taking your own bedding so that the cleaners can remove ours out of your way.

We ask that you keep to high hygiene expectations and wash/sanitise your hands as much as possible when in and around our caravan and on the park too.

Cosy caravan which was suitable for our family with two small children. The caravan was well equipped and very clean and made out short break complete. The park was amazing and the facilities were great to keep the kids busy and the staff on the park cannot do enough for you. We only went for 3 nights but will definitely be going back for longer next time. ????

Lovely well equipped caravan with lots of onsite facilities and close to attractions in North Wales. Owners responded to all enquiries immediately and were really helpful. Would definitely book again x

we have had a lovely time at this caravan, clean comfortable home from home , which is good due to most of the park being closed due to shortage of staff. We will be coming back next year. Thank you Lauren
