Lovely quiet location on the site, not far from the beach. No complaints for the price :) owners helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful caravan, fantastic communication with Simon he is such a lovely genuine bloke and helps with anything. The caravan was lovely and perfect for me my partner three children and two dogs it's close to the beach and not far from entertainment etc we'll definitely be booking again next year and can't wait to come back thank you so much for letting us stay. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday at Haven ????

A lovely caravan on a quiet area of the park, but not too far from the facilities. Lots of extras that you would not get when booking through Haven (WIFI, games console, dishwasher etc). A welcome pack with all essentials (washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo, dish cloths) was much appreciated. The caravan is spotlessly clean and Simon, the owner, is quick to answer any questions you may have. We had a great holiday here (again) and would highly recommend staying at this caravan.

Beautiful caravan in an excellent spot quite close to the beach access for our dog, everything we could possible need and more was in the caravan. The welcome pack on the day of arrival was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and definitely book again.

Spent a great week here in caister on sea with husband 21 or old daughter and small dog. Caravan exactly as described clean well stocked and in great location. Literally a couple of mins to the beautiful beach which was clean and dog friendly. Site expensive but visited centurion pub couple of times great value meals and happy family Chinese takeaway. Lidl 2 mins drive too!. Definitely recommend the haven site and this caravan!!

Simon's caravan was warm, inviting and had everything you could possibly want and need. Great having all mod cons and a lovely welcome pack. Communication was absolutely fantastic and the site itself geared up for young old and furry friends. Had a fabulous staycation , is it too soon to book again?!!!! ????????????

An amazing caravan, yes it an older one but so many mod cons like unlimited WiFi, Netflix, 4k TV, playstation 4, DVD player and hair dryer. Great shower that's very safe as the temperature does not change when someone uses a tap. A very spacious caravan with comfortable beds. We really felt at home with our own parking right beside the caravan and lovely outdoor furniture on the patio. Let's not forget the very useful welcome pack so practical. There is an outdoor metal storage unit that you have a key for. Simon always answers questions. Dilham is a very quiet area with short walk to the beach and a short cut if walking via a gate to the main complex. We enjoyed our week which went to fast we can't wait to come back.

I decided to get away from it all and spend a bit of time in Norfolk. Simon’s caravan was the perfect place to do so. The caravan was so lovely I didn’t want to leave. It is cosy and well designed and has everything you need. The beach is only a few minutes away, and it is a stunning sandy beach. What more can I say? I will be back. Thank you

We stayed with our 2 young children one who is autistic this was a fabulous caravan very well equipped with highchair, bedguard and children's dining items. The caravan was very warm and spacious. Very clean with added extras like hand sanitizer, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, sugar and milk plus toilet roll in each toilet. The park area is great for people with autism as it's a cul De sac and very quiet with parking next to the caravan. We made use of the storage box and patio set. Customer service was great we asked so many questions and got replies quickly. We will be booking again!!!

A very clean and spacious accommodation in a fabulous location for a beautiful beach. The caravan has everything you need and more, including outside seating & tons of storage! We really enjoyed our stay :)

My daughter and I stayed the week just gone in this caravan. It was very clean and tidy on arrival, and smelt freshly cleaned. It is very close to an open field and play area and approx 5 min walk to the beach through very small dunes. The beach is dog friendly which was perfect for us ????. Check in was very easy, communication with Simon was great, he was really helpful Would definitely use again. Many thanks again, Mel, Ella & Ziggy????
