About the owner

Over the years we have worked hard bringing up 4 children and working, now it's our turn to relax and enjoy time in our caravan when not at work, and for our children and grandchildren to enjoy it as well. it took as a lot of time to decide on presthaven to place our caravan so far we are enjoying it we chose the far end of the site so we could enjoy some peaceful time, but the facilities are a short walk when we want them.Ruth and Paul

DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ELECTRIC CAR FROM THE CARAVAN,WE ARE NOT INSURED FOR THIS AND THE VAN ELECTRICS WONT COPE WITH IT.
THERE ARE CHARGING POINTS IN CARPARK DOWN AT FACILITIES TO USE.

If your after a 7 night stay and it's not showing available send us a message and we will see if we can accommodate it for you.

Bedding pillows and covers are supplied FREE
Outside seating is available please DO NOT remove them from side of caravan.
We have fitted an outside tap by the steps so when you have been at the beach all day and you come back all sandy you can swill yourselves down etc save walking it into the van.

A selection of DVDs, board games puzzles and books available for guests use. Clothes airer supplied. Fully equipped kitchen including fridge with a freezer box, microwave, gas cooker, slow cooker, toasty maker, iron, and iron board, cordless hoover,
Netflix is available on the lounge 42 inch tv only at no extra charge to yourselves.

Double bedroom also has a TV in it

This is a NO SMOKING or VAPING Caravan.

Guest dogs are NOT allowed, but from time to time owners dogs do use the caravan.

If using a satnav to drive to Presthaven please use postcode LL19 9ST and carry on this lane till you get to security barriers.

HAVEN ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE EXTRA ON TOP OF THE PRICE DIRECT FROM THEM IF YOU WANT THEM WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

COVID-19 IS STILL HERE, WE WILL BE GUIDED BY THE GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES AT ALL TIMES,

WE SUPPLY PLENTY OF HANDWASH AND SANITIZER FOR YOUR USE DURING YOUR STAY.

BEDDING IS SUPPLIED AND T TOWELS,
BUT PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HAND AND BATH TOWELS.
PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS SELF CATERING ACCOMODATION.

Entertainment is running and Haven has a list at reception as to what will be on that week and in which entertainment room.

PRESTHAVEN WILL HAVE THE SHOP AND LAUNDERETTE OPEN BUT PRESTATYN TOWN IS JUST DOWN THE ROAD, TESCO, ALDI, LIDL SHOULD YOU NEED ANYTHING .

Spent a lovely week in Ruth & Paul’s caravan with my son and his family. . The caravan was spotlessly clean. The owners had thought of everything, removed beds to accommodate a travel cot and pushed singles together to make a double. Plenty room for family with young children. Check in and check out was a seamless process. Complimentary biscuits on arrival. Would highly recommend.

We was made up from the minute we arrived. The caravan was lovely a real home away from home. I have an 8yr old and a 2yr old and they loved the park. Caravan had everything we needed and the owners really thought of everything that may be needed . We will definitely be staying again . :)

We had a lovely 3 night break. The caravan was excellent. Had everything you need, beds made when we got there. Very clean and we had a welcoming gift, some cakes and sweets. The owners are lovely, they always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Fabulous caravan,clean with everything you could possibly need . Lovely quiet area of park away from hustle and bustle. Nice relaxing break . Excellent value for money and communication with owners. Would recommend. 10/10

Beautiful, spacious, clean caravan. Everything you need for your stay. we were greeted with a personal note, biscuits and a booklet full of info. They have loads of leaflets of activities nearby. My kids loved playing the board games, dvds and books provided. The kitchen is sleek and has everything u need. The sofas are amazingly comfortable recliners. New turf outside in pretty garden with parking nearby. Walk way to the beach literally 2 mins away. Very scenic area with ponies and sand dunes. On site walking distance is a shop, restaurant, and other entertainment which we didn't need because lots of other fun things near by. The owners are so attentive and friendly. I cant wait to return here on a regular basis. Thank you Ruth and Paul xx

Definitely recommend!! Just arrived back home from a 4 night stay here and have to say it’s the best caravan we have stayed in. Very homely and clean has everything you need. Paul and Ruth went above and beyond for us today while we sorted out our emergency with our car and made a stressful situation more relaxed.
