Once we have received your £50 deposit, you the hirer has agreed to the full terms and conditions below, as applicable at the time of your booking.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under English law.
Please read the following document carefully as they detail the legally binding agreement between yourself as hirer and the holiday home owner, by proceeding with your booking you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions as detailed in this document.

Please do not book for groups of young people, as they will be refused access to the caravan, which can be upsetting for everyone concerned.
HOLIDAY INSURANCE
It is advisable to obtain holiday insurance to cover all guests listed in your booking.
Insurance will assist you should you need to cancel your holiday as deposits are none refundable
and other monies may not be refunded unless your holiday can be re sold by the holiday home owner
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
1. A provisional booking will be accepted by the caravan owners, subject to receiving a £50 deposit. Please note that ALL bookings are provisional until the caravan owners receive the deposit.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION
2. The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival, if the balance is NOT received within this time frame, then the caravan owners reserve the right to hire the caravan to someone else. Bookings taken with less than 6 weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full at time of enquiry.
3. The hirer shall also pay a £100 refundable security bond. This bond is fully refundable at the end of the hire period and returned within seven days of departure date. The caravan owners reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond and /or bill the hirer for the additional cost of: a) replacing and/or repairing all damage b) all breakages c) charge for cleaning the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new. ALL BREAKAGES, DAMAGE AND STAINS WITHIN THE CARAVAN MUST BE PAID FOR. No property must be removed from the caravan.
You hereby agree to leave the caravan in the same undamaged
clean and tidy condition as you received it.
CANCELLATIONS
4. In the event of a cancellation, the hirer must confirm this in writing. (Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation due to administration costs associated with your booking). Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be considered in certain circumstances at the owner’s discretion and subject to the time remaining to the holiday and a replacement booking being obtained.
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
5. Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are 22 years of age and above, couples and Families only.
6. Only the persons on the initial booking request provided by you may stay in the caravan. Over Occupancy is not permitted and will serve to breach the terms of your contract with us and will result in eviction from the holiday home without compensation.
7. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking notification. Loud music, parties, causing nuisance to other holiday makers, breaching site rules or terms of this agreement by you or any of your party could result in eviction.
8. The hirer agrees that all persons named on the booking notification shall be with you (the hirer) during your hire period of the holiday. Holiday park owners and/or their staff shall have a copy of your booking notification.
9. The hirer shall notify the caravan owners in writing with any proposed changes to guests listed on the booking notification at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event, prior to arrival at the holiday park.
10. The hirer must give access to the holiday home as / when required to the owners, holiday park owners and their staff / agents.
11. The holiday home owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give an explanation and / or reserve the right to terminate any booking for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.
UPON COMMENCEMENT OF HIRE
12. The caravan maybe occupied from 2pm onwards on the first day of hiring and must be vacated by 10am on the last day of your holiday . The caravan will have been inspected prior to your arrival and any issues MUST be notified to the owner immediately.
Retrospective notifications will not be accepted
13. In the case of a maintenance problem, the hirer shall contact the owners on the mobile 07413362289 immediately. Similarly if damage or breakages occur during your holiday you should notify the owner immediately.
14. Well behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement, but asked to keep off beds and sofas.
15. Smoking is NOT permitted in the caravan at any time.
16.The caravan should be left in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next guests, following inspection by staff. If not, then rule 3 shall apply.
17. Holiday park owners and their staff do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the hirer’s property and/ or accidents, injuries, illness, diseases, arising from the hire of the caravan or use of the holiday park, including acts of God or extreme weather conditions.
18. The caravan MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of hiring. Ready for the cleaner to check
IF YOU ARE ASKED TO VACATE THE HOLIDAY HOME / HOLIDAY PARK BY THE HOLIDAY PARK OWNERS OR THEIR STAFF FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER, THE CARAVAN OWNERS SHALL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY PAID.
PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE ELECTRIC CARS AT THE CARAVAN!

Welcome to our holiday home on the very popular Liskey Hill Holiday Park. We hope you will be very happy and comfortable during your stay.
As we use the caravan ourselves, we are confident you will have everything you need, but should you experience any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us on 07413362289.
the caravan has 2 bedrooms, 1 double room with a double quilt and pillows and 1 twin room with single bed, these can be pushed together to make a double, The twin room has single quilts and a double quilt if pushed together.
I will provide bath mats, tea towels, hand towels. You will need to bring your own fitted sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases and towels.
Free WiFi.
General refuse is located opposite the site reception, please dispose of all your rubbish.
There is a laundry on site with washing and drying facilities.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN OR ON THE DECKING AREA
DO NOT LEAVE DOGS UNATTENDED IN THE CARAVAN
