Another fantastic stay. Stevie went above and beyond to ensure our holiday could happen. Everything was lovely and clean as per usual. Early check-in was an added bonus, especially with having our grandchildren this time. I have never had such a brilliant time as i did. We walked everywhere, Beach, park and town. We made such fantastic memories rock pooling with them. I knew from my first stay it would be ideal for the children... So ive booked another stay ???? and i can't wait.

Caravan is modern, spotless and has everything you need, very cosy. View is just wow! Panoramic views across to bamburgh, a great spot to see the dolphins! Great location on the park, owner easy to contact and accommodating. Have already re-booked for aug 2023.

Fantastic sea views of the bay below. Saw seals and dolphins during our stay. The caravan has a pair of binoculars for this and is very well equipped overall with lovely hot shower (hairdryer also but not listed). Location in the park is good, quiet location but only 10 minutes walk into Berwick town centre. We used the caravan as a base for a golf break with 4 good courses within a 15 to 20 min drive. Well equipped Co-op on site (including gluten free range). Would definitely recommend. Communication with the owner was good throughout the whole process.

2nd time staying at this amazing caravan. Very lucky with the weather and kids were on the beach most days until around 9pm.Van has everything you need for a fantastic holiday including a family sized fridge freezer. liked the upgrade to the HD tv. Could have happily saton the deck 24/7 but as it was spent most nights here as the views are spectacular. Were treated to an amazing display from the dolphins on Friday morning which would have put a Disney theme park show to shame. Roll on next year

I stayed here for my 60th with my brother. The view is a massive wow!! Uninterrupted sea view. The caravan was lovely and modern and the owner is always to hand and so helpful. Some owners use covid as an excuse nowadays for checking in very late, this caravan was lovely and clean and arrival time not stupid o'clock like some. I love where the van is sited, short walk to the golf course, town, beach and playground. Looking forward to our visit with our grandchildren in August. Its the perfect spot for families with children.

Caravan was spotless and everything you might require from a perfect 'home from home' holiday. The position was second-to none with great sea view from the balcony where you could watch all the coastal activities etc. Saw seals in the bay below, although no dolphins appeared during our stay. We had our 7 year old granddaughter with us and she loved playing on the beach below which was just a short walk down the path. Berwick Town was just a 15 minute stroll away with it's bars and shops etc Owner Stephen was very helpful and responsive. All in all, this comes highly recommended and we'll certainly be going back at some future point.

Caravan was in excellent position on site only 2 min to beach and on the cliffs which you can walk along into town only 15 min away, everything you require for great holiday, stunning views no matter the weather. We would definitely recommend & look forward to returning in the future. From enquiry to booking excellent, owner Steven was very helpful and always quick to respond if you have any questions.

Fantastic unit overlooking the beach and beyond.Very spacious with everything you need for your stay, v comfy beds and 50 inch tv in the lounge. Great large deck where we eat out on most days/nights. Key point is the amazing views we saw dolphins most days and the seals every day as they snoozed on the rocks in front of the unit most days. Short walk down to the beaches which are ideal for the kids (and big kids ) to go rockpooling. We caught crabs, fish and an eel. Great well stocked shop on site and good bar restaurant on site ( although entertainment was still postponed due to co vid. Short walk into berwick town with its many attractions So good as soon as we got home we booked for Easter 2021.
