Capacity to sleep 6 people with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a double pull out bed in the lounge.

There is also oil filled radiators in both rooms.
T.V. and DVD Player in lounge along with a selection of board games, DVD’s, and books for your pleasure.
Bedding included.No towels supplied.
Travel cot and high chair available upon request.
Patio area with table and chairs.
Also parking for 2 cars.

WiFi is fitted in the caravan and is included in the price.

SITE FACILITIES:
The Red Lion Caravan Park in Arbroath is one of the most popular sites in the Angus region and has recently been extended.
Holiday Park Facilities include a Pub Club, Amusement Arcade, Indoor Pool (including a Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam Room), a Fully Equipped Gym, Laundrette, Grocery Shop, Takeaway, Restaurant, and safe Children’s Soft Play and Adventure Area.
Some of these activities are available at an extra charge.
The Pub Club has 2 bars and a family room where live entertainment is available nightly during high season and at weekends during low season. Bingo for cash prizes is also played on Friday and Saturday nights.
LOCAL AREA:
Arbroath is a large picturesque east coast fishing town (home to the famous "Arbroath Smokies"). There is a wide range of facilities, entertainment and nightlife including; A sports centre, variety shows ('Webster's Theatre'), bingo hall, a boating pond, ice skating, golf, fishing and even a Tattoo Studio nearby.
On the seafront, directly across the road from the park, you'll discover the world famous miniature railway, with a special 'road train' providing trips into the harbour area of town along with a mini racing track which features Formula One cars, saloon cars and motorbikes.
Also all-weather tennis courts, mini golf, putting, playground equipment, an outdoor pool, and children even have their own disco area, also a flood lit skate park. There is Jumpin Joes, an indoor jungle gym, play centre, soft play area and cafe, great for children on those wetter days.
Of course, there's also the traditional fun of the beach. In short, free guaranteed fun for all the family!
There is a McDonalds, KFC and ASDA supermarket with petrol station and cafe within a 5 minute walk of the site, also a fish and chip bar (10mins) walk. There is a bus service every hour from the parks reception to Arbroath and stops at a Morrisons supermarket with cafe everyday (in high season).
There is also a golf course near to Red Lion Holiday Park and Pleasureland Amusements which is an indoor small theme park including an arcade, waltzers, dodgems and much more.
There is a boot sale every Sunday at 0930 at the shopping centre car park.
Arbroath Town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk away where you will also find a nice shopping mall, bus and railway station.
