A beautiful 2019 3 bedroom Prestige Caravan with its own large deck, looking out to sea, set on the ‘Rose View’ area on Haven's 5 star 'Primrose Valley Holiday Park'. It can sleep up to 8 guests including the pull out sofabed in the lounge.
Our cherished second home is perfectly placed within a 5 minute walk to a childrens play area, FunWorks (entertainment centre), onsite shop, Starbucks, takeaways and the beach for fun. The Yorkshire coast is simply stunning with Filey a 5 minutes drive away. Scarborough and Bridlington are both within a 20 minute drive too. Slightly further up the coast is Whitby and Robin Hood Bay... All have popular beach's and loads of pubs and restaurants to try. York is only an hour away for a great day out.
Caravan facilities:
Parking space, central heating, flame effect fire, double glazing, patio doors leading to large deck with garden furniture.
Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes with drawers, a wall mounted TV, hairdryer and an en-suite.
Two twin rooms both have wardrobes and storage, with one bedroom having a wall mounted TV.
Family bathroom with large shower and heated towel rail.
Lounge has large corner sofa (with pull out sofabed) with 43inch Freeview TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth Speaker.
A fully fitted kitchen with 4 ringed gas hob, oven and separate grill, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. All cooking utensils and crockery and dining area with dining table, one bench seat and 2 stools.
The lounge has a 43" TV with DVD player together with an electric fire with flame effect and plenty of storage cupboards.
Small collection of DVDs, books and games are provided for your use. You can connect to the Park’s Wifi within the caravan.
Holidays are available for 3,4,7 nights with check in/check out days being Mondays and Fridays (can be flexible outside of peak). Prices start from £350 to £950 per week. Price includes beds made up before you arrive and van cleaned upon your departure!
Deposit will be £50 followed by full holiday payment 6 (or 8 weeks for school holidays) weeks prior to your holiday start date. Any cancellation will result in a lost deposit. Failure to pay in full by the given date may result in your booking being cancelled with no deposit refund.
Please note:
1) You'll need your own bath, hand, tea and beach towels
2) No pets allowed
3) No all boy or girl groups allowed
4) No smoking or vaping inside van
5) This is a self catering holiday
