The home is fully double glazed and centrally heated with a vaulted ceiling adding to its spacious nature. The home is one of the top end holiday homes within the range and is subtly stylish. The home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 (with the pull-out bed in the lounge). It comes complete with integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine / dryer and electric fire for homely comforts (also has central heating). The home boasts a family bathroom, a spacious kitchen with modern features, a double size bed in the master bedroom with bedside lights, a dresser unit and plenty of wardrobe space and TV’ in the bedroom.

Not sure where to start on the positives with this trip. James and Damien are both lovely!! Booking was easy, all the communications were great ( I asked a lot of questions) We arrived to a lovely welcome, with some personal touches, to a spotlessly clean caravan. A real home from home feel. It is well equipped and the full size bath was a huge bonus. We didn't use it, but in our many caravan experiences we have never had a washing machine either. The little area to sit out on was a real hit, especially with the beautiful weather we were blessed with. Park was family friendly with great facilities for all ages. A brilliant base for exploring the local area. We cannot recommend this as a place to stay enough. There were two negatives for us and these were stupidly only booking a long weekend as there was so much more we could have done and the other was having to leave .

Just come back from a lovely stay at James & Damian's caravan! Absolutely spotless on arrival, clean smell and all ???? This has been the best caravan we have stayed in, my mum couldn't stop going on about how impressed she was! Absolutely gorgeous and well situated on the park. James & Damien are lovely guys and even better hosts! Chocs and wine on arrival along with a tin of food for the dog and a lovely welcome card. Messages to see how we were getting on. Fab added extras in line with COVID guidance. Can't wait to stay again! ????

Just got back from a fantastic weeks break from start to finish. When arrived came into a lovely card, choclates and tea, coffee sugar and milk just what was needed after a long journey. Owners went that extra mile. Caravan was spotless. Owners kept intouch made sure they were on hand if anything was needed checked everything was ok when we arrived. Carvan site also had everthing u needed club, chipshop, swimming pool ect. Little walk in to towyn but nice to be slightly set back from the busyness. Would higly reccomend and cant wait to retun. Thanks guys making our holiday that extra bit special.

Just back from a fantastic stay. Caravan was perfect. Very clean and the extra touches such as mil lk and tea and coffee. Bottle of Wine. Sweet and 2p for the arcades for the kids was lovely. We had a great stay. Highly recommended

Soon as we walked in we just felt so homely! Such a beautiful big caravan. And we had some lovely gifts left for us all and a lovely card! my children loved the sweet box.
