We only let the caravan on a seven night basis from Saturday to Saturday.

Our 3 bedroomed caravan is situated in Maple Rise, a quiet location 5 mins walk from the main park facilities. There are front patio doors leading from the lounge on to a large deck which has been furnished with rattan effect chairs and dining table. Built-in caravan lighting provides illumination to the veranda which is supplemented by LED deck lights which are controlled by automatic timer.

The caravan is rated as a "Platinum with Decking" on the Haven website.

The caravan is centrally heated, with thermostatic valves to all radiators and is double glazed for comfort in all weathers. Additional heating is available via an electric feature fire fitted to the lounge. The lounge provides a seating area with 2 seater and 3 seater freestanding sofas. Entertainment is provided via a 42" Smart TV with separate dvd player. There are USB charging points on most sockets throughout the van.

The dining area consists of a free standing dining table with chairs, next to the open plan kitchen with built-in oven, grill, 5 burner hob and an externally vented cooker hood. The kitchen is further equipped with built-in microwave, fridge freezer and full size dishwasher. Crockery, pans and cutlery are all provided. There is a vacuum cleaner provided.

Master bedroom furnished with king size, walk around bed, bedside tables, dressing table with chair and drawer space with hair dryer. Built-in wardrobes provide additional storage space with hangers provided. A 32" Smart TV is included for your enjoyment.

En-suite bathroom comprising of wash hand basin, wc complete with shower cubicle. Wall mounted bathroom cabinet and shelving for all your little essentials. To add to your comfort a centrally heated wall mounted towel rail is also fitted to the en-suite.

The second bedroom contains twin 3ft single beds ideal for adults to sleep in., bedside cabinet, hanging space and drawer storage. There is also a 32" smart tv on the wall.

The 3rd bedroom has twin single beds with a range of overhead cupboards, hanging space and drawer storage.

Main bathroom with wash hand basin, wc and large shower cubicle. 240/120v Shaver socket.

For your safety there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors fitted to the van.

All quilts, pillows, bottom sheets and pillow cases are included, so you only need to bring quilt covers. Please note the master bedroom bed is a KING SIZE. The second and third bedrooms are single bed size. You will also need to bring towels and dishcloths.

High chairs and travel cots are available at reception for a small additional charge.

To access the main park complex entertainment passes are required, these are NOT INCLUDED in the price of your holiday, however they can be purchased from the Blue Dolphin Reception for an additional cost.

Communication with Kathryn was first class who met us at the caravan on arrival to provide information, if required, which was appreciated. The caravan is large, luxurious, well maintained and very well equipped. It is also very well positioned on the site. The beach at Filey is superb and Scarborough has everything you could ever want or need in a seaside resort. We really enjoyed the stay with our youngest granddaughter and would love to return.

The caravan is immaculate, everything you need for a family holiday. Kathryn &Andrew was very helpful. Bottle of fizz on arrival which was very much appreciated. Caravan is in an ideal quiet spot with its own parking space. Granddaughters loved the entertainment but prebook any activities a month in advance or there isn’t anything left. Lot’s of lovely places to visit, we went to Filey, Cayton Bay, Scarborough Whitby & Bridlington. We went by bus to most places, use the blue 555 service if possible has this service is half price to the other buses. I would highly recommend this caravan.

We had a great week here in May. The caravan is fabulous with everything you'd need - in fact it's luxurious. It's spacious (14' wide - most companies would call this a lodge), beautifully furnished with very comfortable furniture and beds. The second bedroom has full size single beds - not the narrow ones in most vans - and the ensuite master bedroom has a king-size bed . The caravan is in a great position on the park, not overlooked and with far reaching views from the decking/ lounge. It's enough of a distance from the facilities to be peaceful. With three bedrooms it's perfect for a multi generational holiday. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for next year straight away. The hosts were most helpful, replying promptly to emails and leaving us a little touch of luxury with the coffee machine and pods!

Fantastic accommodation, spotlessly clean and everything you could need in the well-stocked kitchen. We stayed with our 2-year-old daughter and it is a great location within the park and perfect suntrap on the decking. Hosts are welcoming and friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We will always try to stay here when visiting the area. Fully recommend.

Just spent two wonderful weeks at this caravan, real home from home in a very good position on the site.Immaculately clean. Weather was good to us with only two days with rain so we were able to enjoy walking in the area.Very warm welcome from Kathyrn & Andrew with the Prosecco in the fridge a nice touch. Stayed here for a week with our 2 Daughters, absolutely over the moon with the quality, cleanliness and organisation of this caravan! Kathryn and Andrew very friendly and helpful will only be booking with these when we return to the site. The caravan itself is situated in a perfect spot for the site just a short walk to the main complex but far enough not to hear the evening entertainment, private parking spot and a stone through walk to the cliff edge over looking the sea which the view is amazing. We have not stayed on this park 3 times and this caravan is easily by far the best yet! Thank you again ????

Spent a lovely week in Andrew and Kathryns caravan, absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean, in a lovely position, close to lots of places to visit Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington we went to Eden Camp which I would recommend. Just had a week in this beautiful caravan,situated in a perfect location on the site, close to the coastal path but still within easy access of all site facilities. The weather was fabulouse and to sit out relaxing on the large decking area was exactly what we needed to re charge our batteries. Katherine was a fabulous host going over and above to make us welcome even down to leaving us a thank you card a bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge. We truly enjoyed our break and will definitely be looking to book again.

We spent a fabulous week in the caravan and rediscovered the surrounding area. The caravan is beautiful and modern with EVERYTHING you could need or want whilst you are away. The caravan was lovely, clean and warm and the veranda is lovely. Parking is next to the caravan and the caravan is easily accessible. Kathryn one of the owners met us and explained everything and made some recommendations for visits and eating. We can highly recommend the nearby pubs especially the Foxhounds at Flixton . The Blue Dolphin site is handy for Filey, Scarborough, Whitby, Bridlington and Flamorough as well as the Yorkshire Dales. Sat Nav directions are also spot on.
