Powys 61 (Potters Place) is located in a quiet area of the Quaywest Holiday Park with the beach a short walk in one direction and the park amenities a short walk in the other. It is a fully central heated caravan with double glazing, patio doors and veranda area where you can see views of the Sea and the close by town of Newquay. It is a light and airy yet homely caravan, the perfect place to relax.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, television, small dressing table and hairdryer.

A further two bedrooms each have two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The beds are free standing so can be rearranged to create a double bed.

The main bathroom is equipped with a shower and plenty of storage.

There is a fully equipped kitchen dining area, that includes all utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and hoover.

In the lounge there are fitted sofas, one of which can be opened out into a bed sofa, a television with an integral DVD player and a coffee table. There also is a selection of games and DVD's. The living room has a set of patio doors, with views out to sea and access to the veranda area.

Outside there is decking to the side and the front of the caravan with patio furniture available. There is parking space for one vehicle.

Wifi is also available.

Bed linen is provided with the accommodation comes with duvets and pillows, however we kindly request you bring you own towels and tea towels. Entertainment passes can be purchased onsite at reception.

There is a refundable respect bond of £100.

This is a privately owned Caravan, we kindly ask that you take care of the Caravan and the things in it. We prefer shoes not to be worn on carpeted areas.
