Kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, pots and pans, plates, cups etc. All you need for your holiday.

Open plan lounge with wrap around seating area, gas fire and fire safety guard kept under the main bedroom bed for small children. Separate dining table and wrap around chairs.

Spacious main bedroom with large wardrobe, dressing table, portable tv and hair dryer. New beds and mattresses in both bedrooms. Second bedroom has bunk beds, three quarter bed at the bottom and single at the top with bed guard, wardrobe and chest of draws. Both bedrooms have on wall electric heaters.

Shower room with sink and separate toilet, both fitted with wall towel heaters.

Lovely private secluded back garden ideal for small children to play freely with decking and seating area. Children must be supervised while playing on the climbing frame and parents take full responsibility for any accidents.

Description

A Privately owned Caravan situated on Mountain View with short walk to the beach and amenities. The Caravan has a large Decking with a lovely private secluded garden, 2 bedrooms and a double pull out bed in the lounge, ideal for families with young children, there is also a travel cot, high chair and a fold away pushchair for smaller children at the caravan so you can leave your own at home. Please bring your own towels, bed linen is NOT included with your booking.

Hafan y mor Haven is the largest of the Haven sites in the UK and they have spent £13 million on the pool and other facilities over the last year or so, its very clean with everything you could want on holiday.

Please Note, Haven entertainment and activity passes are not included in the price of your holiday booking. Passes are available to purchase online once I have checked you in ( when full payment is received) and at Reception at anytime during your stay . Private guests can book tables at the restaurants and activities a month in advance, as play passes can now be purchased online.

In addition to the caravan hire, I require a £50 none refundable deposit at time of your booking which will be deducted from the full booking price to secure your booking . I also require a £50 bond which will be refunded within 7 working days after your holiday upon satisfactory inspection of my caravan.

Deposits are payable immediately, and full balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, otherwise your booking will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. If a booking is cancelled less then 4 weeks before your holiday your deposit is also not refundable.

Myself, my husband and 2yr old son have just returned from Donna’s caravan. It was such a lovely break, the caravan was so clean and loved our welcome drinks. Harry loved his Easter egg, was such a thoughtful gesture. I did have a few questions whilst I was there and Donna’s replies were so quick. Don’t even get me started on the back garden, it was private and enclosed so it was safe for my son to play and he loved the house at the bottom of the garden. The caravan is on mountain view which is really hilly to get there but there is a great shortcut from this area and it takes you to the centre with very easy access. Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone

We were lucky to have been to the best caravan on the Haven site. It was perfect. The garden was brilliant. The caravan had everything you would need for a good holiday. If i had to make a negative comment it would be a clothes horse would be good to hang your wet towels on, but that is just being picky. The position of the caravan ensures your privacy and is it is in a very quiet spot. Highly recommended for a good holiday. Good caravan site for familys and couples.

We have just returned from a brilliant break here! The caravan has everything you could possibly need. Everything has been thought of to make sure you have the most enjoyable stay (I didn’t need half of the things I had packed as they were already provided). I was super impressed with all the extra touches which made it feel like a home from home, especially the welcome drinks ????. The caravan is in a great location secluded from the hustle and bustle of the park but great proximity to access everything especially via the shortcut. The private garden was a lovely added bonus and was the only one I spotted on site. A huge thank you to Donna for all the information provided before our stay. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service from the moment we enquired about booking. Donna was so helpful and informative. The price was really very competitive. Lovely caravan set in a beautiful position on the park with a stunning private back garden which isn't overlooked at all. When we drove up to the caravan I was a bit concerned about the walk to the main centre but Donna had left a note explaining there was a short cut on foot which got us to the centre in about 3 mins, brilliant! The caravan had beautiful views of Snowdonia. There was plenty of seating, inside and out, for our family of 4 plus other family who stayed elsewhere on site. Our extended family had booked through Haven and whilst their caravans were very bright and modern, ours had a cosy and homely feel and they all agreed. The kitchen was really well equipped. The living room had a huge TV and there was a smart TV in the master bedroom which I enjoyed with a large Gin when the kids had gone to bed. The boys loved sharing the double bunk bed and had great fun playing with the toys which had been left in the bedroom cupboard. Our dogs had a great time running around the large private garden. Little Bunnies hopped by the kitchen window whilst I washed the pots, so cute. Thank you to Donna and family for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. Will we be back? 100%!!!! Xxxx
