There is so much to do in the area for all ages - Swanage itself boasts an award-winning beach with a victorian pier, watersports, steam railway, cinema/theatre, amusements and childrens' funpark, nature reserves and many scenic walks. Within easy travelling distance are the historic villages of Corfe Castle and Wareham, NT beaches at Studland, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Blue Pool, Monkey World, Dorset Adventure Park and many other attractions. The caravan park is situated next to Dorset Wildlife Trusts Townsend Nature Reserve which gives access to Durlston Country Park and the South West Coastal Path, a very popular scenic route for walkers.

Our van is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac at the bottom of the site so is only a short walk to the on-site facilities - Indoor Heated Swimming Pool (small charge), Gym, fully equipped Launderette, Reception/Clubhouse with bar offering light snacks/Costa coffee and information on events/attractions in the local area. Entertainment is organised by the parks welcoming team and a programme of this can be obtained from Reception.

The van is equipped for everything you may need and the rooms have a spacious feel. The master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe/over-bed storage areas and if needed there is plenty of space for a travel cot (not supplied). The twin room has 2 single beds with over-bed and wardrobe storage and there is a pull-out double sofa-bed in the lounge if required.

The kitchen is equipped with all the crockery, cooking equipment and cutlery you should need. There is a full cooker and grill, a fridge with a small freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Swanage has two large supermarkets for groceries. The lounge and kitchen are open-plan and spacious with plenty of seating and a dining table. There is a television with freeview and an in-built DVD player. There are several family friendly DVD's in the van and a gas fire for extra warmth if needed.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a door into it from the hallway but an extra door from the master bedroom making it an en-suite too. Aswell as this main bathroom there is also a second separate toilet with hand basin.

There is a garden area to the side with garden seating, grass area and a rotary washing line. We have space for 1 car beside the van and there is additional parking at the entrance to the park if needed.

We provide duvets and pillows but you would need to bring your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillowcases and bottom sheets) and towels.

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am. We take £100 deposit to hold your booking and the balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks before your holiday.

Clean, well equipped van in great location for exploring the surrounding area. Good communication with owner. Would highly recommend this van.

Excellent caravan especially the spaceous layout and quality of seats and fittings. Van location is convenient for the bar/indoor pool and positioned in a quiet cul de sac with easy access to local roads and foot paths. Elevated location of the site provides good 4G mobile reception. We'd be very happy to stay again in Lisa and Andy's caravan.

A lovely van which was beautifully clean and well equipped. Having 2 toilets was great with a larger family with older children too. Lisa was very helpful and responsive to any queries we had - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sorry it was just for a weekend!

My wife and I spent a glorious week here from 12-19 Sept 2020. A much needed break for us both and we were delighted with the accommodation, a real home from home. The bonus of two toilets being a delightful surprise for my wife ????. A very spacious unit with ample storage. We really couldn’t fault it. The whole process of booking etc was as smooth as I could have wished. We will certainly return in the not too distant future and would wholly recommend the accommodation provided by Lisa and Andy.

We had a great stay in Lisa and Andys caravan . It was clean and tidy when we arrived and had all the facilities we needed . It’s in a great location near to the pool and clubhouse but is still quiet in the evenings. We will definitely be returning visitors to this caravan .
