We are COVID secure and have implemented steps to make your stay as safe as possible.

A true home from home fully equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay including free standing sofas (one which turns into a double bed) a 40 inch smart TV with free view play and a Blu Ray player with a selection of Blu Rays to enjoy. Electric fire on the wall with mood lighting. Spacious kitchen diner with everything required for your self catering needs. Benefiting from 2 bedrooms, main with a large built in wardrobe, drawers & under bed storage and access to the bathroom which includes a double shower via a Jack and Jill door. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of storage and built in cupboards with drawers. Gas central heating throughout.
Outside we have a gated decking which is south facing and attracts the sun for most of the day, also a 4 piece rattan furniture set to enjoy the summer evenings. The caravan also comes with 2 parking spaces.

Direct bus service every 20 minutes from Cayton Bay to Scarborough which takes 11 minutes.

There is a great range of activities on the park to keep everyone entertained, whilst the seaside resort of Scarborough is just a stone’s throw away.

What a great find this caravan was, everything we needed and more. Absolutely loved this holiday the caravan was spotless spacious and very homely with lots of thoughful extras dvds went down well on rainy days. The location is fabulous very close to all the onsite facillities. Thankyou so much for a wonderful week we looking forward to booking again next year. Also thank you Aidan for the great communication from start to finish and for checking in to make sure everything was ok.
