Description

Location: This holiday home is located on the Rose View area at Primrose Valley Holiday Park. Located less than a 1 minute walk to FunWorks and a 2 minute walk to the beach path. The pitch has a private drive for one car.



Outside Area: The front decking is accessible from the patio doors, is enclosed and has seating. The caravan does have sea views from the front.


Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area. The lounge has a corner sofa plus armchair, a 32’ TV with DVD player and electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave and a full size fridge freezer. There is a dining table seating 4 and a breakfast bar seating 2.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 2 Bedrooms (x1 double and x1 twin) and along with the double sofa bed, it sleeps 6 guests in total. We do provide fresh bedding for guests. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and bath en-suite to the master.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
