Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac our caravan offers an ideal base to explore local landmarks such as St Marys Lighthouse, Links golfing, promenade’s, sandy beaches and sand dunes, weekend markets, and the Tyne & Wear Metro.

The Spanish City offers a high-quality dining experiences in its many restaurants. surrounded by acres of grassed links to enjoy the sea front. For the more adventurous Northumberland is home to many stately homes, castles, forts, and of course the “Roman wall”

Caravan access leads to a fully integrated kitchen containing washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob, and dishwasher.

The open plan lounge contains a 4K Smart TV supported with Wi-Fi and a DVD player, and a programmable digital electric fireplace and surround. The lounge has two settees, one of which houses a comfortable fold away double bed. The main bedroom contains a double bed, dressing table and chair, and large wardrobe. Further access leads to an en-suite with fitted showering facility, washbasin, toilet, and wall cabinet.

The second bedroom houses two single beds and wardrobe. The family bathroom contains a second fitted shower, toilet, washbasin, and wall cabinet.

The caravan benefits from double glazing, and central heating, with a sleeping capacity of 6 people.

Had a wonderfull stay over Christmas period whilst visiting family in whitley bay. Caravan lovely ,clean, spacious and modern. Had everything we needed.

Having stayed in caravans and lodges in many areas of England over many years this is one of the best equipped and positioned of them all. Keith's communication and help was excellent. We are planing to visit again next year once we have dates confirmed for significant family activities. It isn't surprising he has many returning visitors.

Absolutely outstanding caravan. We have stayed in a few caravans over the last few years and this blows all others away. Immaculate rooms throughout, ensuite shower room and walk in closet made all the difference for getting ready for the girls. Regular contact from keith was also an added bonus for any questions etc. A welcome pack in fridge was also a fantastic touch. Can't recommend this caravan highly enough.

I spent two weeks in this lovely static home in July 2018 an was thrilled with it. The caravan is new, modern and is decorated in soft and neutral tones - quality and comfort! We particularly appreciated the comfortable living room area; fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine; the outside deck area; the an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom . The location is perfect: quiet yet near to the main facilities with a direct private parking bay in front. The beach, lighthouse and golf course are a few minutes’ walk away. We spent many of our evenings on the outside deck after an action-packed day discovering the area. For those who like action activities, within a short drive you can hire bicycles and paddle boards and take surf lessons. There are also lots of lovely walks and eateries nearby. I would highly recommend this holiday rental and will be returning.
