Our lovely caravan is located in a beautiful spot close to the village square, in a no through road position with uninterrupted views of the stunning heathland and the sea beyond (directly in the same position as the view point if you have ever stood at this stunning location on a previous visit) in our opinion, it is truly breathtaking.

The caravan is very well equipped and has everything you will need for a lovely holiday on the North Norfolk coast.
Our holiday home has a spacious kitchen with a central island and includes a fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, washing machine, slimline dishwasher and a built-in microwave.

Tea, coffee and sugar provided along with washing up liquid, tea towels, dishcloths, and hand soaps in both bathrooms.
The dining area seats 4 people and looks out onto the garden.

The lounge is very comfortable and the ideal place to sit and relax after a long day at the beach or enjoying the wonderful walks that the area has to offer. There is a settee which seats 3 people, 2 armchairs and a large pouffe and a large new smart TV is attached to the wall.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a dressing table with a small TV and an en-suite bathroom and there is an additional bedroom with 2 small single beds, wardrobe, dressing table with a small TV attached to the wall.

All bed linen and tea towels are included, but please bring your own bath towels and beach towels.

The plot has a large sunny garden so there is plenty of space for you and your family to enjoy the scenery. The garden is fenced in so ideal for your little ones! and it has a large metal patio table with 4 chairs, a large parasol and a charcoal kettle BBQ sits on the decked area, which is a lovely place to pass the time on warm days with a glass of wine!

There is parking for 2 cars inside the plot, or you can pull up alongside the fence outside if you want more space.

Please note we do not accept hen or stag parties. No smoking or pets.

Kelling Heath has so much to offer and is perfect for couples and families of all ages and you can enjoy many different facilities including the adventure playgrounds, outdoor pool, cycle hire, tennis courts, the Village square with bars, Village shop etc.

If you haven’t been before you are in for a real treat with 300 acres of woodland and heathland to explore you will never be bored.

We had a wonderful stay in this caravan. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the views were stunning. It was nice and close to the sites shops, pool and train climbing frame which was perfect for our little boy. Would definitely visit again.

We have had a wonderful week at Jennie's beautiful caravan in a stunning location. The caravan is very comfortable and well equipped. We really appreciated the private outdoor space, a distant view over the fields to the coast and the beautiful woodland environment. We loved sitting out on the deck, watching the sunsets and the night sky full of stars. We are planning our return visit!!!

I have assumed 10 is best...if it isn't please correct for me. Jennie and Gary's van was excellent in many ways. Location on site, I think it is the only van with an uninterrupted view of the sea Location in the area. Our favourite piece of Norfolk coast is the Wells to Weybourne stretch, so this was ideal. Although there is not a village as such, the site has created its own which offers a wide range of good quality and well-maintained services, especially the shop. The van itself is modern with two bathrooms both with showers, a walk-in wardrobe, there being just the two of us, I adopted the spare bedroom as my walk-in wardrobe, thus giving us plenty of space to dry and dress. The kitchen area was well equipped, with all modern equipment. The lounge is equipped with free-standing furniture and an excellent TV mounted above the fire. Communication was excellent, Jennie answered any questions I had within the hour. The only downside is having no internet/ wifi.....although in hindsight maybe that was a good thing for a week on holiday! This is our first experience of staying in a caravan for 30 years, we are so impressed how far the quality has moved on in that time. All in all, the van is cosy, comfortable and well looked after by super-efficient owners.

Lovely caravan in a lovely spot on Kelling Heath Park - one of the few with a sea view! Really enjoyed our stay here despite the wet and windy weather. Just what we needed in these strange 'Covid' times. Close to the seaside resorts but lots to see on site as well and of course we had to have a ride on the train. Great communications with Jennie the owner. Hope to come back in the sunshine!

We have just spent 1 week at this beautiful caravan, the location of this accommodation is definitely the best on the whole park with views over Weybourne and the sea beyond. The garden and decking area was well kept and a real sun trap. Caravan was Spacious and modern, clean and was equipped with everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. The owner was quick to communicate and very helpful during the booking service and hand over of accommodation. We will definitely be returning next year!
