Modern (2019) 35 x 12 feet static caravan with large sunny wrap around decking in quiet area on St Minver Holiday Park, Near Rock. 10 minute drive to amazing beaches. 1 double bedroom with en-suite toilet, 1 bedroom with two single beds & a high quality pull out double bed in lounge. There could be additional seeping using a blow up bed in the lounge area. Plenty of space for travel cots. Well equipped kitchen complete with gas hob, cooker, quality china, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer etc. Bathroom with shower (with good pressure), wash basin & WC. There is a flat screen TV with an inbuilt DVD player. We keep a good stock of assorted DVD's, books and board games in the caravan for your use. Outside there is a wrap around decking with a sofa, two armchairs, table and additional chairs. Ideal for outside meals. To the side of the caravan is a gravel area for parking of two cars and a grass area for your use.

St Minver Holiday Park is set within the mature woodland grounds of an old manor house which now houses the restaurant, Costa coffee, bar, function room, games room including table tennis, pool, a soft play area, amusement arcade, SKY Sports, Internet Access, Evening Entertainment. Wi-fi is available. The 30 metre indoor pool is lifeguard-maintained with a Sauna. Opposite the swimming pool is the shop selling groceries, wine, beer and books. The outside play area is great for young children and there is a Crazy Golf Course.
The lovely village of St Minver is just above the Manor House and just a 10 minute walk from the caravan. St Minver has a delightful Church, Post Office & the Fourways Inn offering free wi-fi, good food, drinks and a friendly welcome. St Minver Holiday Park is 2 miles from the village of Rock. Nathan Outlaw Restaurant is a Two Star Michelin fish & seafood restaurant in the St Enodoc Hotel, Rock. Or from Rock take the idyllic ferry trip across the Camel estuary to the quaint fishing town of Padstow, made famous by Rick Stein, you can always try his fish and chips!
Close by is the surfer beach at Polzeath & the windsurfers' paradise Daymer Bay. There are many great beaches along the North Cornwall and south Cornwall coastline and within easy reach. St Ives is approximately one hours drive away and a great day out.
For the more adventurous there is Go-Karting at St Eval, about 20 minutes drive away.
Some St Minver Site Facilities Require Membership. Membership Passes can be bought for the duration of your stay from reception. At present they cost £11 each for the duration of your stay but check before booking to clarify the price and duration of the passes. These passes are available from the site reception office. Excellent shop on site which offers DVD rental, newspapers, toys, groceries and lots more.

Prices quoted are based on one week booking (7 nights) from Saturday (4pm) to the following Saturday (10 am). Short breaks and Friday to Friday bookings are available on application.
