This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this lovely caravan. Spotlessly clean with a lovely fresh smell as you go in the caravan. Decking great for our dog. Would definitely return. Would highly recommend as you will not be disappointed. Regards Dorothy and John.

Brilliant caravan with great views across the bay, very clean on arrival with everything you could possibly need. The Decking is a great place to sit and watch the world go by.Really well located for visiting the whole of Torbay, wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had an amazing stay, the caravan was lovely with great views of the sea. My grandchildren loved watching the steam trains go by. we would definitely recommend it and can't wait to stay again

Return visit for us to this caravan we stayed September 2020 for a week. Once again Brian very helpful at all times. This caravan is a lovely size with a wonderful view of Torquay from the French doors. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you could need. Chairs and table in storage outside and WiFi now available too in the van. The site is very quiet in the evenings and a short walk to the nearest Co-op store, bus stop at entrance to park. All in all we would highly recommend a stay and will certainly be coming back again at some point as it's becoming a home from home for us. Thank you Brian for sharing your lovely caravan and to your cleaner for all she does to keep the place spotless.

Beautiful, well equipped & spacious caravan. This was booked for 5 of us and there was plenty of space. Probably the best equipped caravan kitchen we have used. So much to do on site as well as locally. We didn’t manage to do it all. Thanks Brian, our family have made some wonderful memories ????

Had a superb weekend at this Caravan; it was very well equipped, everything you needed was there, with the large layout of the kitchen/lounge/dinning area it felt really spacious even though there were 6 of us in a 2 bed van. The balcony was amazing, was lovely to be able to have some meals out there taking in the spectacular views of Torbay and the passing steam train. A real treat to get away from it all, we will definitely book here again.

This caravan must have one of the best views, looking out to Torbay/Torquay. Lovely decking wrapping around the caravan with plenty of room for the table, chairs and loungers that are provided. Inside is very roomy with a nice lounge area with TV, electric fire and a central heating radiator, also storage space. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you could need for your stay. There were tea bags, coffee and sugar left in jars, along with fairy liquid and cleaning equipment. Lovely size space with table and four stools, full size fridge/freezer, cooker, and microwave which was nice to have. The caravan was spotless, and very warm and comfortable, I have stayed in several caravans in Waterside over the years, but have to say this one is definately the best one. Communication with owner was easier, and he is very approachable, security deposit was returned the same day as we left. Would definately highly recommend this caravan for a lovely stay in Waterside, we will be making our return booking for next year within the next week. Enjoyed every minute of our break, and with the views that you look out to every day from the lounge and decking, can't wait to return. Allison

Really enjoyed our weekend, felt so comfortable. Gorgeous views out to sea across to Torquay Caravan was well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Didnt use the facilities on site . Great large decking area with great views.

The facilities were restricted due to the covid-19 virus precautions. If I had been advised of the accomodation lacking in some way I could correct it.
