This holiday caravan is situated on a well maintained and busy family holiday park. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room) with adequate wardrobe space, there is also an option of a further double sofa bed / electric blow-up double bed in the main lounge, a shower room with toilet with access from the main bedroom and the corridor, a well equipped galley with a fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob and all the crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils required for those who may wish to cook for themselves. The lounge has a dinning area, 50" colour TV with Freeview and a DVD player and ample seating for our guests. Outside there is a veranda for for those who wish to sit out and soak in the atmosphere.

Other facilities provided are: WIFI, selection of DVDs and board games, hoover, iron board and iron, covers for the furniture if pets are taken. The twin room is also fitted with a TV and Freeview service and integral DVD player. Pets are welcome, (Max 3 medium size dogs) by prior arrangement at a maximum additional cost of £40.

Central Heating throughout and a gas fire in the lounge provides adequate heating for those chilly nights. All electricity and Gas is provided free of charge.

Guests will be required to purchase entertainment passes through the Park Reception at a nominal cost for entry into the main club house and entertainments for the duration of your stay.

There will be a booking deposit of £50 (Non-refundable) deducted from the cost of the stay, £100 damage and loss security that will be refunded within 14 days of departure from the site and is payable with the final payment (subject to satisfactory inspection). Full payment for the booking must be received by the owner 6 weeks prior to booking start date.

Additional Costs: Bed linen: There is an additional fee of £15 per booking, (unless stipulated in the notes).

Arrival: NOT Before 16:00 on 1st day (to allow for sanitisation).
Departure by 10:30 please.

There is also a three bedroom option available from 1 July 2022 next to 1 The Warren. This gives an opportunity for family/friends to be accommodated next to each other. Please request further details as necessary.
