We had a lovely relaxing post Uni and birthday holiday with our daughter and little Shihtzu dog in this gem of a caravan located in a quiet cul de sac a short walk from the main amenities. One of the best caravans we've ever stayed in with a great layout, lovely varandah, comfy lounge and beds and very well equipped throughout. Joanne was a very helpful host too from the start of booking to any questions we had so thank you.

My friend and I stayed here for a week in June and all we can say is Thank you to the owner for such a lovely stay at her home no complaints from us she went above and beyond to facilitate our stay at the dates requested and nothing was too much trouble lovely home would definately stay with her again 100% recommendation just sorry it took so long

We had a lovely weekend in this caravan, its a real home from home. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and with everything thing that you need in the kitchen. The bed is so comfortable and theres plenty of wardrobe space. The owner Jo was very informative and available for any questions that we had. We would highly recommend this lovely caravan.

Absolutely loved the caravan, everything is lovely in it. So much space for clothes and we have never seen so many coathangers in an accommodation ????.Owner very helpful, very quick replies when we booked. Would highly recommend it. 5 stars.

Lovely caravan, in a nice position on the site Owners very helpful after I left a personal item in the caravan, arranged to have this sent back to me by recorded delivery next day., subject to postage charges which I was happy to pay.

Had a great reception from the security entering the camp..Camp was really lovely and spotless,all amenities were great..Club and amusements were.outstanding,fresh and airy..Only chippy being closed all week spoiled mealtimes..Other than that we loved our caravan in beautiful surroundings.. We'll be back.

We stayed here 31st May to 4th June 2021, and Wow! What a caravan! The caravan was a real home-from-home. The kitchen was fabulously equipped, even to the extent that there was a griddle pan, pizza cutter and coffee maker. The cooker was a range with hotplate and separate grill and oven. Not what you normally expect in a hire caravan. The living area was spacious and again very well-equipped. There was a library of DVDs which we used through the excellent-quality TV, and another TV/DVD combo in the master bedroom. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever had (we both suffer from bad backs but didn't have a twinge all holiday). The second bedroom was a bit cramped but that's par for the course for a caravan and not a problem if you don't have two strapping, six-foot teenagers (who would go back given half a chance). Our dog (yes, the van is dog friendly as well), loved the veranda and spent a lot of time lying out watching the world go by. We often sat out as well on the garden furniture for breakfast and drinks in the evenings or just sitting and reading. The owner thoughtfully provided seat pads for the furniture and a lounger if you wished to use it. There was also a picnic bench at the back of the caravan which was great if you wanted to sit in the shade and eat. The location of the van within the park is also ideal; one of the better areas of the site. It is just a short walk from the complex, and also very handy for the Otter Lake development. It's on a secluded oval road with one entrance, so if you have children who like roller-blading, scooters or other wheeled activities it's absolutely perfect and you could sit on the veranda with a drink and watch them wear themselves out. We did have to contact the owner about one issue. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had to report a breakage (not our fault - it was like that when we arrived). The park itself is very handy for Grange-over-Sands, which we never miss visiting when we stay there. It's about 45 minutes from Bowness on Windermere (lake cruises and Beatrix Potter), 25 from Newby Bridge (lake cruises, steam railway and aquarium), and 40 from Coniston (lake cruises and wonderful shops). That's if you want to leave the park. It's a great place to just stay local and chill. We will not hesitate to book this caravan again. We thoroughly enjoyed our break. We were blessed with good weather, but the standard of the caravan really made the holiday special for us.

Gorgeous caravan, brilliant location close to amenities. Spotlessly clean and hygienic with everything you need for a brill holiday. The owner is lovely and can't do enough for you we will definitely return and would highly recommend.
