About the owner

We have four daughters and they have thoroughly enjoyed many family holidays at Church Farm in Pagham. I am also the proud owner of a Beauty Salon & Spa based in Crawley, West Sussex, so this sanctuary is a beautiful escape for me away from hectic salon life! My husband commutes to London so this a great escape for him too! Our family owned caravan is an amazing base for a *Staycation* and has excellent facilities for all ages. We love the outdoor pool and sunbathing area, country walks and sunny beach trips, walking around the lagoon and picnics at the reservoir. Beautifully kept and well and truly loved by all of us, most guests rebook year after year so I'm sure you'll love it too x

Description

Welcome to our spacious prestige Regal Kensington family owned caravan at the 5 Star Haven site, Church Farm in Pagham, West Sussex.

The kitchen , dining and living area are open plan and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge freezer, oven, grill and hob, microwave oven, plenty of crockery, utensils and cupboard space.

Large living area with smart tv and DVD player, gas fire and central heating in all rooms, dining table and chairs for six guests.
There are plenty of DVD’s and board games if you fancy a games night in.

The master bedroom has a double bed, tv, built in wardrobes and en-suite with toilet and basin, hairdryer and smart tv. There are two twin bedrooms with two single beds in each and built in wardrobe space. The main family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.

Set in a rural location there’s plenty for the whole family to enjoy at Church Farm, including a full daytime activities and evening entertainment timetable, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with kids flume and games. Comprising of outdoor 9-hole golf course, crazy golf, zip wire, tennis, football and basketball courts, bungee trampolines, children’s park and picnic area.

Chichester, Bognor Regis, Arundel Castle and Goodwood are all a short drive or bus ride away. A welcome pack is provided for all guests in the caravan on arrival and will give you ideas of plenty of places to visit, one of my favorites is Bosham Harbor on a sunny day with a picnic!

A separate charge of £25 for cleaning will be applied to all stays., however we urge you to keep our caravan clean and tidy throughout your stay.
Duvets and pillows are provided with fresh white linen, so no need to bring your own linen. However you will need to bring bath and swimming towels along with tea towels.

Haven entertainment passes are not included in the price of your holiday home rental , these can be purchased from reception on arrival.

We require a booking deposit of £100 payable by bank transfer at time of booking to secure your holiday. The remainder is payable 8-weeks before the holiday starts.

Wow!! The caravan lived up to the photos & description on the website. The caravan was modern, clean, comfortable and full of cleaning products and all kitchen utensils required. The double on-suite bedroom was lovely & spacious for my Mum & Dad. We were a party of 6 adults and had plenty of fun in Chichester & Arundel & Pagham beach was a 20 min stroll away. Fantastic location with outdoor space at side of caravan with sturdy seating area and foldable chairs & umbrella the only downfall was the BBQ but we were eating out so it didn't matter. We would definitely book this caravan again but would like to keep it a secret of how perfect it was :-)

Amazing caravan, so close to all the amenities. The owner was amazing for pre booking our swim sessions and tables for the evening entertainment. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon

This caravan is superb plenty of space for us and our 3 grandchildren its situated in a lovely spot in the caravan park very comfortable and every thing you need for a lovely holiday the owners really have thought of everything would not hesitate to book this again

Really beautiful caravan with top end furnishings. Fabulous location as so close to entertainment complex yet set in a cul de sac so it is very peaceful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the van ie cleaning products , toilet rolls etc. We thoroughly enjoyed ourself and very much hope to go back. Best we have stayed in. Thank you Denise and Michael

Denise could not have been more helpful. She even arranged times for restaurants and swimming to take place. The caravan was immaculately clean with added extras such as windbreak, umbrella and outside seating chairs. The caravan comfortably slept 7 of us and was ideally situated close enough to the facilities to be easily accessible yet far enough to be quiet. Overall a wonderful break and we hope Denise will allow us the use of the caravan again sometime, certainly the grandkids want this particular caravan!
