Church Farm Holiday Village - Holiday Accommodation 10625

Our family holiday home is a 2017 Premium 3 bed Caravan which we have owned from new. Located on the popular Church Farm Haven Holiday Park this holiday home is situated in a quieter area in Long Acres. The caravan has 2 twin rooms and 1 double complete with en-suite, sleeping 6 in total. Has a spacious shower and toilet room and central heating and double glazing all rooms. There is a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, gas oven, TV as you would expect and also a DVD and games console. The park does have Wi-Fi however we would like to stress this is intermittent across the park and we can not guarantee signal strength or bandwidth. In addition to this there are also plenty of books, board games and indoor activities supplied. Outside we have a lovely patio area with garden chairs and table for outside dining. A charcoal & gas barbecue is available for the guests convenience although charcoals not supplied. At the front of the caravan the double doors from the living area open out onto a a lovely veranda where you can sit and watch the world go by. Please note that Haven Passes are not supplied and would need to be purchased direct from Haven upon your arrival. Passes are required to access the Haven Facilities (restaurant, pool, arcades & entertainment). Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic Haven have restricted the number of Fun Passes they give out and we can not guarantee these will be available during your stay. Bedding is provided for an extra £10 per stay to cover laundry costs. Cleaning is included at no extra charge however we do expect all guests to leave the premises as clean and tidy as they find it. Guests are also required to remove all bedlinen before they checkout and leave in bags for the cleaners to collect. Our cleaners are approved by Haven and follow strict COVID-19 government guidelines.

Please note this is a pet free, smoke free home. No same sex groups.

Once the booking is accepted we will ask for you to complete a rental agreement with our terms & conditions which we will email to you. New COVID-19 Restrictions mean that Haven must ensure that ALL guests must now be registered online prior to their arrival on the park with details of all adults names, car reg if applicable and email address to enable Haven to contact you directly, we will ask for this on the rental agreement form. Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation of your booking.
