Description

A stunning, homely holiday home purchased in 2019 with views of Kingfisher lake.

Main bedroom - King-size bed with built in wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table. Wall mounted 32" TV. Ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and toilet.

2nd bedroom - Small twins beds suitable for children only, with built in wardrobes. TV

Freestanding furniture in lounge with 42" TV and DVD player. USB Connections on sockets.

Kitchen hosts full size fridge/freezer, full size gas cooker and all essentials including toaster, Instant coffee machine, air fryer and microwave.

Large sliding doors open out to a large decked area with table, chairs and parasol. View overlooks the lake in a secluded, quiet area of the park. Parking is available at the rear.

A stunning caravan with beautiful views, very quiet. Fishing available on one of the many lakes (terms apply)

Full Side and frontal decking. A beautiful spot.

The caravan has its own password protective unlimited WiFi.

**Park passes are included for upto 4 guests for stays up to 7 nights, please ask for price if staying longer**

**A £50 damage bond is required on top of the prices to cover any unforeseen damage. This is refunded with 48 hrs of departure as long as the holiday home incurs no damage.**

A non refundable £100 deposit is required to book and balance due 6 weeks before.

Should the park close again for any reason relating to Covid 19, a full refund will be offered or you have the options to change your dates.

To ensure your safety and ours, a deeper clean will be applied.

Lovely, clean and modern caravan. 2 bathrooms were very useful and much appreciated. As were the TVs in the bedrooms. The setting around the Kingfisher Lake was idyllic and ducks/swans mooching around the caravan were fun to watch. The pools and activities at the Hoburne centre were very good although food and drinks were very expensive, we ended up buying drinks from the shop that seemed to help keep the costs down a little. We discovered the South Cerney Outdoor Centre nearby with a high wire adventure experience which was good value and the kids enjoyed. There are also lots other activities like sailing taster sessions there but you have to book far in advance...wish we'd done that before the holiday. Really lovely caravan and excellent base though for exploring the Cotswolds. And thank you Lisa for all your communications and replacing the missing knives! xx

Beautifully looked after. Clean and sparkling. Lisa and Paul Birch lovely owners, very helpful. Our quibble is with the design of the washing facilities. Having a cabinet over the washbasin makes cleaning teeth and washing face very difficult indeed - impossible in the en-suite. Lucky there’s a kitchen sink!

I'm sorry you struggled with the design of the bathroom sinks, luckily we haven't had any one else mention it. Sadly, we can't do much about the design but we do appreciate your feedback. This was our second stay at this beautiful caravan. It has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. The location is perfect with amazing views from the decking. The children love it too. Highly recommended and looking forward to our next visit already. X

An excellent holiday home in first class location. It is very homley and cozy as we had a few chilly nights. It has all that you need for a very pleasant stay. Very comfy bed, lovely clean fresh bed linen and towles. The owners of the van are very friendly and extremley helpful. I would highly reccomend a holiday here,it's in a good location for visiting the Cotswoldss, or just relaxing by the lakes.
