COVID 19 restrictions and guidelines to be followed at all times in line with advice/instructions applicable at time of your stay. All guests must be from same bubble (max 2 households as per covid restrictions) New check in procedure. Park by reception, only one person from party allowed into reception. Must be in possession of your Holiday Hire Guest form to get access to Goldensands. . No more meet and greets. Keys must be obtained from reception. All keys are sanitised prior to release.

Please view Goldensands Website for rule changes and facilities available. **As long as campsite is open no refunds given on deposits if you decide to cancel holiday, this is to cover our own costs of re-advertising and contract obligations to cleaners. If however Holiday Park closed a full refund will be given,**

A Willerby Boston Lodge situated on the Golden Sands Holiday Park in Kinmel Bay, North Wales. The Lodge is a 2010 model sleeping up to 6 persons using the double futon bed. Lodge measures 40ft x 20ft. built to residential specification with condensing combi boiler and fully central heated and double glazed. New for 2020 Wi-Fi available in Lodge.

The accommodation is as follows.
Lounge/Dining Area
Sliding Patio Doors, two 2-seater sofas and single armchair. Dining table with High backed chairs. A 40” freeview TV and DVD player. HiFi system.

High line cooker station with oven and grill, stainless steel gas hob with 5 burners, full size fridge freezer, washer, microwave and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1
King size bed, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe with hanging rails and drawers. 40" Freeview TV. En-suite consists of Quad shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, Porcelain sanitary ware.

Bedroom 2
Twin 3ft single beds, walk in wardrobe with hanging rails and drawers and bedside cupboard. 32” Freeview TV. In wardrobe is stored the double sized futon fold up bed for use in the lounge dining area when more than 4 persons in Lodge.

Family Bathroom
Bath with overhead thermostatic shower, porcelain sanitary ware.

Large substantial decking area, six bistro chairs and small table provided. Large grassed area to side. Parking for two cars directly in front of Lodge.
Provisions in the Lodge for your use.
There is a full range of crockery, cutlery & mugs. A kettle, Iron, toaster and vacuum cleaner are provided. Gas and electric are included in the cost of your holiday. 2 king size duvets, 2 single duvets and 6 pillows are provided. Fresh Linen is only provided for the two bedrooms. If more than 4 persons and futon bed is used you are to provide your own linen. Also, in the walk-in wardrobe in bedroom 2 are two sleeping bags for use if preferred.

Following closure site reopening on 13th July 2020. However Welsh Government can change this at a moments notice.
All registration forms for private rentals to be completed prior to guests arrival on park. Emailed form or hard copy to be in possession of guest. All registration fees to be costed at low season rates due to limited facilities available on site. Site are asking guests to pay registration fees by card rather than cash to minimise risk to staff.
Each party to be from same household or 'social bubble' and to follow social distancing guidelines.
Park Facilities
Facilities not available are play park, arcade, pottery shop, park shop and launderette.
Facilities that are open will be chip shop, outdoor bar area with seating and light entertainment. All these facilities will be complying with social distancing rules.
Swimming pool reopening on 11 August 2020 but must be booked in advance with strict rules to follow when attending- ask reception for details
Local shops and supermarkets are open as are many of visitor attractions. Suggest you check online for rules for each of attractions.

Ensuring safe holiday – YOU MUST at all times adhere to health guidelines and social distancing rules. If you do not adhere to these rules you will be instructed to leave the LODGE and SITE. In this case there will be no refunds given and loss of your security deposit.

**All Late July and August bookings are Saturday to Saturday, Will not split to weekends or midweek. **
