Perfect family break in this great caravan over looking open fields with bird songs. Would definitely recommend this caravan so cozy clean and warm. We had a wonderful stay in this caravan. It was fully equipped and so clean and tidy. It was perfect for us as it included a travel cot and a pushchair which was a big reason as to why we booked it. The caravan is in a lovely sheltered and quiet location. We made use of the lovely decking and seating area of an evening and had a lovely outlook over the fields. The caravan had plenty of kitchen equipment and there were dvds and books for children which was lovely. We will definitely be using this caravan in the future.

Caravan situated in quiet part of the camp site but still only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and well equipped, with lots of personal touches. Outside patio area with picnic bench enabling us to eat outside. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed over Easter 22 and had a great time. The caravan is well equipped and modern and occupies a lovely pitch on the end of a row overlooking fields. Short walk to the complex with great swimming, soft play, bars and restaurants. Mark responds really quickly to any questions and was excellent with the admin side. Waterside is one of the best parks just over the road from Bowleaze beach. On site bus to Weymouth. What more could you want! Thank you Mark for sharing your lovely holiday home.

We really enjoyed our time at Waterside Park. The caravan was sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and all you need to cater for the family. Communication with the owners was excellent, they made the booking process smooth and stress free . The location of the caravan was ideal, very quiet. A short walk to all facilities on site, but also to the beach. Being able to hire paddleboards was a big hit. I would highly recommend booking this caravan.

I have visited Waterside yearly for the past 20 years. Initially with my nan and now with my own family. We usually have the same van but this year due to the kids being older we definitely needed a 3 bed van. We found Marks van which is in my favourite spot on the park, it overlooks the fields, is far enough away from the main entrance but close enough to walk everywhere in 5 mins. The van itself is fantastic, spacious, modern and clean. Very very nice van. Mark has been very attentive in replying to messages, answering questions and also wishing us a happy holiday and safe return. We will definitely be back again. Again thankyou for allowing us to use your wonderful caravan.

A beautiful van situated at the quieter part of the Park. Mark & Karen are both lovely and very helpful. Almost top marks from, had the locks worked on the veranda gate, with a toddler this was a big deal for us. Otherwise, a great stay

Beautiful holiday home, set with a lovely view of the countryside and its resident woodpeckers!Super clean, and perfect for our young family. Even has a smart TV so we could binge on Netflix boxsets when the children were tucked up in bed, and we could have chippy tea delivered !The facilities onsite are fantastic. Swimming pool is great for the little ones, and really easy to book on the waterside app. Loved the food at the shack, and has a lovely view of the sea. They’ve recently updated all the outside areas, and it looks really great.Honestly a lovely weekend away, and yet another great experience at waterside. This is exactly why we return year after year. Guaranteed a great holiday, and so glad we’ve found the Millers caravan, as we will definitely be booking with them again!

We stayed here at the end of September 2020. Wow! Excellent caravan, VERY clean and tidy upon arrival. Also in a quiet area of the park. We found the caravan very spacious and cosy. A Real home from home with everything you need. The beach was only a few minutes drive away or 15 minute walk away so very close. Weymouth town was a 10 to 15 minute drive away. The site itself was extremely clean with friendly staff. Would highly recommend!!

Unfortunately, we were in the 2020 when the prices for staycation are enormous. We have managed to find this accommodation with relatively reasonable price. The park is amazing, it is literally just on the beach. It has a lot if facilities, although, some were not working (like indoor pools). Saying that, we enjoyed the stay a lot even despite the weather. One word of warning... Park is large and this particular caravan is in the far side of the park, so, it takes about 7-10 minutes to get to the beach. We did not use any of the restaurants, but used their takeaway and the food there is very good. Talking about caravan itself, it is very good spacious accomodation, located on the edge of the park overlooking the fields. So, it is very secluded. There is an amazing decking with gate (so, small kids would not escape). There is a WiFi router specifically in the caravan, not the park central WiFi. The beach you get to is called Preston Beach. Ot is shingled beach with some sand in tide zone. If you would go the left from the beach over large boulders, you can find quite a lot of nice fossils (predominantly shells, like bivalve, oysters, etc), but I would strongly recommend getting a hammer. Do not do it without protective glasses and gloves. The owner is very-very helpful and responsive. It was a pleasure to rent this caravan from him. All in all, we spent lovely week in the great place. Thank you very much to the owner and park staff.
