Lovely caravan,fantastic owners and wonderful area.Caravan had everything what we possible need,everything was spottless. We would definitely return and also recommend to family and friends.

An absolutely wonderful caravan at the amazing Cayton Bay. Phill could not have done enough for us. From the first class quick correspondence, to the lovely little touches in the van itself. Could not fault a thing. I loved the convenience of having so many amenities and it really felt a home from home If you’re looking to book Cayton Bay DO NOT even think about about booking anywhere else but here! AMAZING! :)

I challenge you to find a caravan and owners that make you feel more welcome than what Phil, Pete and the Boys did. From our initial enquiry, through to checking out (we were very sad to leave!), we were extremely well looked after and we couldn't have been happier to have come across Ivy 4 when looking for a break at Cayton Bay. The caravan itself was well equipped and extremely well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed having it as our home for a much needed post lockdown break. We enjoy our walking and the location was great for that too with the site being situated between Scarborough and Filey. Would definitely recommend Ivy 4, you will not be disappointed!!

Just back from a weeks stay in ivy 4 The caravan on arrival was absolutely spotless and felt Covid safe.the welcome pack was a very nice touch. Phill even supplied us with a brand new blow up toddler bed as we have 3 small children. They all slept comfy in the same room together. The caravan has everything we needed sky, washing machine, alexa etc. This made a rainy week a lot more comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone. Tanya Paul and the girls. :)

Just returned from a weeks stay in Ivy 4. We were a little apprehensive about going away due to the current situation and went with all sorts of cleaning products to keep us safe. Well what a reception. When we arrived the van was absolutely spotless, smelling clean and fresh and you would never have known it was a pet friendly van. Complimentary bottle of fizz and cans of cola along with a couple of tea bags and the small pots of milk was a lovely touch. All home comforts and the wi-fi was great and a big hit with our grandson of 9. Lovely and spacious with 2 bathrooms. The owners Phill and Peter were very accommodating and available by phone should you need them. We would highly recommend, didnt use the site facilities but there would be plenty to do in "normal times" . Once again thanks Phill, Peter and Amanda, hope to visit again. Ah thank you for your kind words :) we always try to make sure you are as safe as we can! No guests sleeps in the same bedding - we have a 4 week rotation for everything like duvets and sheets & the caravan has a full 5 hour min deep clean in between guests, so phill & Amanda will be thrilled you noticed :) thank you!! We were really apprehensive about a staycation due to the current situation and researched extensively to find the right caravan at a reasonable price; we were reassured about the hygiene precautions owners put in place and they did not disappoint. The caravan was exceptionally clean and facilities included everything needed for a week away; the washing machine was a great add on and the internet had a good speed for zoom calls.. Great communication from owners and very accommodating. Didn’t use park facilities as was not needed, site is perfectly located to access the beach and enjoy days out. Not only would I recommend but wouldn’t hesitate about booking again. Thanks for a great week
