Caravan good layout and position but sofas need replacing as torn and old carpets needed hovering and general cleanliness could do with looking at get rid of dusty ornaments etc

Very homely and comfy, with great positioning for a spectacular view of the bay and steam train. Nice secure gated decking too, which was perfect for my dog and enjoying the view from. Great location in Paignton. We also visited Torquay, Teignmouth, Brixham and Dartmouth which are easy to get to from the site. Bus stops right outside too. Highly recommend. Will hopefully be visiting again - Thanks Mike :-)

Fantastic caravan. The views are amazing, we will miss waking up to them. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay in beautiful Devon. Perfectly located for visiting Paignton, Torquay and Brixham. Mike was very helpful and saved us an hour on our trip home, thanks for the shortcut!

Although we have stayed at Waterside many times it was our first time in this caravan. The position of the van was superb with an amazing view of the bay and steam train. The bar, restaurant and swimming pool were within easy reach; straight down the stairs. The central lounge and dining area gave a fantastic outlook over the bay whilst eating meals or relaxing in the lounge. There was everything you needed in the caravan and it was superb to have the beds made up ready for arrival. We are already planning another visit, can't wait to come back to this van.
