Additional Info: This caravan is great for families and for exploring and close to all amenities. The parks location is on the coast so you are spoilt for our beautiful beaches and close to Edinburgh where you will find that the number 26 bus runs from the park every 15 minutes and the cost for travel is £1.60 adult (80p child) to Edinburgh or £4.00 (£2.00 child) for a day saver (which allows you to get on as many lothian buses as you wish for a day). If you are a golfer, bring along your clubs as we have a beautiful 9 hole course alternatively you can hire them at the club house. There is much more to do and see when staying at Seton Sands.There is a 40' TV, with built in Freeview HDTV complete with Blu Ray player (plays Blu Ray and DVD)there are a number of films available for you to use if you wish, for those rainy days or quiet nights in, the caravan is also set up with Sky, just bring your own box. The living room has two sofas and a lovely view from th large clear windows.Ensuite WC in master bedroom, all linen provided.

Owner Description

Seton Sands Holiday Village is a great location for a holiday base as you are close to Edinburgh with the No 26 Bus available every 15 minuets from the park and the beaches down the coastline of East Lothian are a footstep away. You can enjoy the hustle bustle of this holiday park or you can choose to have a quiet holiday as there is something for everyone to enjoy.

East Lothian have several golf courses, however there is a 9 hole course to enjoy at Seton Sands where you can hire clubs or bring your own.
There is also stables 10 minuets away if you fancy something different.

North Berwick is close where you will find the sea life centre and fishing trips daily by boat. Dunbar is 15 minuets away by car where you will find East Links Family Park, where you and your family will have a great day out and get 10 percent of the price. Last but not least you have the Sunday market at East Fortune all minuets away from the park.

There is a large good sized living and dining area.

There is a 40' TV, with built in Freeview HDTV complete with Blu Ray player (plays Blu Ray and DVD), for those rainy days or quiet nights in, the caravan is also set up with Sky, just bring your own box. The living area benefits from a speaker system built into the roof allowing you to connect any phone or iPod via the headphone socket so you can hear your music throughout.

The price paid does not cover the use of the resorts facilities such as the indoor heated swimming pool or any of the entertainment facilities but these passes can be easily purchased on arrival at the site office (under 4s are free).

The caravan was tastefully done and was comfortable, especially the living room was spacious and had wide windows with plenty of light. Plenty of heating for a cold day.The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you would need for a short (or long) break. The master bedroom with attached toilet was good. Maria was helpful with tips to explore Scotland. The caravan park was good, staff was helpful and quick to attend in emergency (one morning we had no hot water). Overall, great experience!

The booking was very straight forward and Maria was very fast to get back to us with information. The booking form was very easy to follow with very clear instructions on payment. This caravan was fantastic, spotlessly clean with lovely made up beds when we arrived. There was everything we needed in the caravan (coffee machine made my husband very happy) even a nice selection of films to watch on a rainy day. It was nice to have a large family BBQ outside for us to use along with a table and some chairs. It was a short walk to the club area and the pool, which the kids loved. I'll defiantly be booking again next year.
