Welcome to our 2018 Swift Provence diamond plus rated static caravan on Thorpe Park Holiday Park.
It is a 12' x 38' 2 bedroom static caravan with gas central heating and double glassing throughout. Plenty of outdoor space with south facing wrap-around decking with seating and table, which gets the sun all day.
The open plan lounge, into kitchen, has a 2 seat sofa and a 3 seat double bed settee with the coffee table housing a further 2 stools for extra seating. There is a built-in Bluetooth audio and radio system and the 40" TV has combined DVD and Freeview. The integrated electric fire makes the room feel cosy on an evening, when illuminated, even in the warmer months. Double French doors open directly onto the deck, these fold back fully.
The main entrance is accessed from the side decking into a fully fitted kitchen which has an integrated dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer along with a 4 burner gas hob and oven with soft close large drawers in units. Microwave, toaster and kettle along with ample cutlery, crockery and pans. etc. The dining table has 4 chairs but can seat 6 with use of the 2 stools.
The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle with power shower, toilet and wash basin with over mirrored cabinet.
BEDROOM 1 has a king sized bed with comfort support foam mattress. There is plenty of storage and hanging wardrobe space with a full length mirror, along with dressing table and stool . EN SUITE wash basin and toilet . The 32" TV has built-in DVD and Freeview.
BEDROOM 2 has twin single beds with with comfort support mattresses. Overhead storage and hanging wardrobe.
There is ample parking for two cars beside the caravan.
Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases, as well as your towels.
PLEASE NOTE : Entertainment passes are NOT included in the cost of the caravan and can be bought from Thorpe Park Reception.
BOOKING & CONDITIONS:
We will require a NON-REFUNDABLE £50 deposit to secure your dates. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday start date.
A £50 breakages deposit will also be required when balance is paid. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure as long as our holiday home has been left in good order with no loss, damage or breakages.

LOCATION:
Thorpe Park is situated within walking distance, or use the regular bus service which travels through the park, to a classic seaside town which has a Pier and Promenade along with sandy beaches and donkey rides. You can also ride the sea front train and steam train which run a scheduled service. Amenities include shops, bars and restaurants along with a large leisure centre with indoor pool. Also a multiplex cinema and bowling alley.
ON SITE:
Thorpe Park is a great park for a family holiday. Within the entertainment complex there is a large heated indoor swimming pool with slides and outdoor 'lazy pool.' Enjoy the funfair or for the more adventurous the Zip Wire. Activities include archery and trampoline or for the less adventurous why not try a game of crazy golf. There are also a golf course and putting green along with 2 freshwater fishing lakes. There is plenty for your younger members of the family with Kid's club and Nature club learning outdoor skills with the rangers.
There is entertainment every evening to suite all ages in the theatre, with restaurant and take away food along with numerous bars and a shop on site and not to forget the amusement arcades. Hope you enjoy.
