We also have hair dryer and tongs, ensuite toilet and wash hand basin, books, DVDs, CD player and cds playing cards, chess, dominoes, and other games to pass the time or to keep the children busy while you make tea. There is also a grilling machine and slow cooker. There is an additional charge for the travel cot of £10 per week but you need to bring your own bedding for the cot.

Description

Now taking bookings for next year. We have a 3 bedroom caravan close to the club house and amenities. We are a family run business. Our caravan is pitched on 2 southcliff court with a wrap round veranda and patio furniture. We supply the bedding and the beds are made up ready for your stay. We do take a dog as long as its house trained and it's not a big dog and not on the dangerous list, there will be an additional £50 fee for its stay per week. We also ask for a £50 returnable bond as long as the caravan is left clean and tidy and there are no breakages you will get the bond back when you leave. We also take instalments as long as the balance is paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. I will meet you at the caravan on day of arrival and will show you round and hand you the keys. You can be in the caravan between 1 and 2pm ready for your stay and at the end of your stay you have to vacate at 10am. There is a smoking area outside now away from the kids.

I stayed in this caravan with my daughter and parents (sept 2021). We were distraught on the cleanliness of this caravan. Our holiday was totally spoilt we decided to leave two nights earlier. There was loads of mould on bedroom window sills and shower cubicle. Lights full of dust. Bathroom light was broken (to be fair that's not the end of the world) I cleaning fee was charged at £35 and if the owners are employing someone to clean they really need to question them. I've took lots of pictures which I could share with owners if they have employed a cleaner I would comtemplate on getting some new ones. Lovely quiet area and the caravan could be nice but really needs a deep clean and declutter. I don't like to leave a review and gave thought over the past few weeks about doing so but I don't want anyone to feel the dissapointment we felt

The caravan cleaners have been sacked I now do it myself with the family. A cleaning fee of £35 wasn't with us as you say it was a admin cost from the online website that they charge for getting the booking for us the caravan is now in our safe hands and will be staying that way.
