Located on Rose Bank with sea views, we've done the walk many times and the beach is only a 4 minute walk, Just minutes from "starbucks" restaurants and shops, just a short walk from swimming pool and main complex, close to the beach. This caravan is our family owned caravan and privately rented out and looked after by ourselves. ( taking bookings for 2020)
The outside area has many benefits including a secluded grassed area for children to play safely, a large wide veranda with table and chairs to enjoy the views there is also a lockable gate for child safety.
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms
BEDROOM 1
1 Double bedroom with large fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
BEDROOM 2
1 twin bedroom fitted wardrobe.
BEDROOM 3
1 twin bedroom with wardrobe.
We have a bed guard,clothes dryer, and a travel cot (on request).
1 large bathroom with WC, sink and large shower.
1 separate WC with sink.
The main large Lounge/Diner comprises a 40 INCH flat screen Tv with sky freesat, XBOX 360 and DVD along with a large selection of DVDs to watch and board games. There is a coffee table,electric fire and dining table.
The kitchen is fully fitted with gas oven/hob, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner, for your safety it has two carbon monoxide, two smoke detectors
There are plenty of plates, cups,glasses and cutlery, and tea towels are provided.
Maximum occupancy is 8.
All bedrooms have integrated warm air blowers and the main bathroom a panel heater.
Bed linen and tea towels are provided in the price,there will be a couple of toilet rolls for your arrival and plenty of cleaning products,cloths, and condiments.
Please note bookings are Saturday to Saturday.

Keys are obtained from a combination key safe, to save you queuing at reception..
Bookings require a £100 deposit with booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday commencing.
